Waterscape A606

We loved Waterscape Resort and in particular this condo! I viewed probably 50 units but this is the BEST for its view over the pools and beach, my kids were able to watch the poolside movie from our deck, the glow light party and enjoy the beautiful views from morning to night. Second, it was one of the only condos I viewed that had a door on the bunk beds which was KEY. My 5 and 7 year old successfully slept in that room and with door shut cut out noise from main area when they went to bed. We thought the unit was beautiful, with lots of supplies in the kitchen, great king size beds, great patio furniture we used a lot. We were unbelievably happy with everything in the unit. They texted us very helpful texts for check in, check out and to check in if we needed. My kids LOVED Waterscape, there was daily poolside activities and great frozen drinks at the tiki hut and we used the beach chairs at the ocean daily. Also great amenities nearby, Gulfarium, mini golf, Harborwalk & Crab Island!

Kids loved the pools! Loved the view of the ocean, was a bit disappointed that I couldn’t hear the ocean because of the pool. Loved the easy access to pools, ocean, tiki stand and all the amenities!

This property was a perfect fit for extended families thanksgiving week vacation! Each of the condos were so well equipped with all the kitchen things you could possibly need! Our table was big enough that 9 people could easily eat together! We also appreciated the washer/dryer in each unit!!! Beds were terrific!! We also enjoyed all the amenities of the property.

The condo was better than the pictures showed, we lacked nothing. The kitchen was very well equipped which is important to us since we like to cook. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, although having a chair in the bedrooms would be handy. The patio was larger than most condos we"ve rented and it was lovely in the evening overlooking the lighted pools. The warm pool and hot tubs helped my back. It was great having a covered garage to park our car. We really enjoyed this condo.

Unit A606 condition and location are the BEST on the Waterscape property! We've stayed on all levels and sides of corridor-A and even owned our own unit, but this is by far our most pleasurable experience to date! We've been enjoying Waterscape since the day they opened and will definitely return to FABULOUS A606!!! By the way...booking was a BREEZE!!!!

Came down here to get away from it all with the family (husband, my mom and dad, and younger brother). Morning balcony view was epic, saw many dolphins. Drinking coffee while watching the ocean waves was amazing. The only time we ever drove was when we went to the grocery store. All I did was beach bum, wave hop, tan, pool life, and eat seafood. Waterscape A606 is stunningly beautiful! The view of the ocean and resort is the best! The condo had everything we needed and exceeded our expectation's My 89 year old mother was with us and even though she couldn't walk down to the beach , she had the perfect view from the condo. Best part is the direct view of both the pools and beach! Coastal Vibes was very responsive to whatever we needed. This is the 4th condo we've rented at Waterscape and it is the best one we've rented so far! We will for sure be back as repeat renters. You will not be disappointed in this condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Waterscape A606. The condo is very nicely updated and decorated. The condo was very clean. We arrived early and received a text notification that we were able to get in early as the cleaning crew was done, which was very nice since we flew in and did not rent a car. We have stayed at Waterscape several times, and this has been our favorite condo. The views are beautiful. We were able to see dolphins from the deck area. The condo had everything we needed during our stay. We are a family of four with a 10 and 13 year old. We hope to be back in the near future!

Just completed our family vacation October 2 thru the 9th. The condo unit was beautiful from top to bottom. Amazing view! Beautifully decorated. Our toddler enjoyed the multiple pools and the lazy River. No shortage of things to do on Okaloosa Island. The beach was great. We never had any issue finding a good spot. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. This resort is a larger property than we usually pick, but even with the fall break happening, it never felt overcrowded. All of the facilities are very well maintained. No issues at all with the condo. Couldn't have asked for a better stay Communication with the host was always simple and quick. Definitely will be returning in the future!!!

Our family was finally able to celebrate our 45th anniversary a year late due to COVID. Extended family and friends gathered at Waterscape to enjoy the beautiful resort, beach, and weather. We stayed in A606. The balcony has fantastic views of the pools, lazy river, and beach. The kitchen was well equiped and the beds were very comfortable. Our granddaughter loved "her room" of bunkbeds. Coastal Vibes were great to work with and quick to respond to emails. I recommend this condo.

We had a great time together this past week. The view from the room is stunning. The condo is really nice, but I do have a few recommendations to make it better. First, more towels. There really weren't enough towels for the number of people that this condo can accommodate. There were 7 of us and we ended up having to wash towels pretty much everyday. It would also have been nice to have been left with enough dish and laundry detergent to make it through the week. I think there were 2 pods, but with the number of towels compared to the number of guests, there was no way to make that work and we simply had to make a run to the store to get more. Not a huge deal, but slightly inconvenient. Next, the beach service includes 2 chairs and an umbrella, which was obviously not enough for our party. I felt that the chairs reserved on the beach were kind of rickety and old, so we ran over to Alvin's and purchased a cheap set, which we ended up leaving in the condo for others to use. It would have been nice if these had already been available to us. There are also not enough utensils in the kitchen, particularly butter knives. I think there were 2. Also, we did not leave a tip for the cleaning people because, unlike at a hotel, they don't tidy up everyday, just at the end of the week between check-ins. To be clear, we did not expect anything more than this, but it was surprising to see an envelope for cleaning gratuities when there is already a cleaning fee included in the booking. We might have left a little something if not for the fact that we felt the cleaning was a bit lacking. There was dust on a number of surfaces and spaghetti sauce splashed on the cabinets. We felt that we left the unit in better shape than what we found it. Nothing to the point that I would have issued a complaint to the owner about, but I wanted to explain here why we did not leave a gratuity (something that we always do when warranted). Again, we had a great time and would definitely visit again, but just using this as an opportunity to point out how the stay could be made even more enjoyable for future guests.

We really appreciate you staying with us and sharing with us about your stay. We have notified our team to check the inventory in the kitchen. We provide a set of towels for the maximum amount of guests the condo sleeps. The provided detergent & soap is a starter pack to get you through the first few days. Beach chair service is an amenity that this owner provides at their own expense. We do appreciate you leaving extra chairs for future guests! We are glad you had a nice time and hopefully made some great new memories.

This condo was AMAZING!
Location location location! The view is perfect of the beach as well as the entire pool area. Makes it easy to scope out where you want to plant yourself for the day! Condo is newly updated and feels very homey! Has a great ice maker in the fridge which made packing a cooler a breeze each day. The layout for the condo was very nice for a family alongside grandparents. Main living space and separate bedrooms/full baths kept things private when needed. The beds were SUPER comfortable and the HUGE showers were great! The water pressure was perfect after a long day in the sun. We will be back to THIS condo for sure. Can’t go wrong!

We spent a lovely week at Waterscape A606 8/8-815. We were able to check in early which was so greatly appreciated as we arrived into town early! Simple, but the keypad entry made everything so much easier. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Used to staying at beachfront properties, I was worried that it would be too “far back” from the ocean...But the view was stunning. We sat on the spacious balcony for meals and late night cocktails, enjoying both the beach and beautiful pool views. We were close enough to Destin, but far enough away to avoid the bumper to bumper traffic we would have had if we had stayed closer in. Fudpuckers at the pool was a surprising amenity- the pizza was great as were the drinks. We were able to socially distance which was appreciated as this was our first vacation this year. Thanks David and team for making this a great time! We usually don't stay at the same place twice but I've already told friends about our great stay and we've talked about coming back next year! -

There is nothing about this place we didn't like! The pool area was super clean and so much fun to be at when you wanted a break from the beautiful beach!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I did leave you a small insulated cooler bag. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach, beach chairs and umbrella, free kayaks. Cleaning crew needs a little work. The appliances were smeared with non-stainless steel cleaner (soapy sponge) floors/floorboards and comforters needed a good washing as well. Overall we were very happy to stay and would love to return. Again, thank you for sharing your home.

This was my second stay in this beautiful condo. This time we had 3 girls-me, my beach buddy friend and my sister from Wisconsin. The king suites were perfect for us. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfy! One of the shower heads was not operating the best. We called David, the manager, and he sent someone to replace it immediately. I go to the beach 2-3 times a year, and I always rent a condo managed by David. I know I will get high quality furnishings and great service. David's condos come with beach service, which is a big plus. The biggest attraction for me is the beach. This condo had a great view and we could hear the ocean from our balcony. We went to our usual restaurants, Fubars for pizza right across the street, Floyd's for all you can eat shrimp before 6:00, Rockin Taco for shrimp fajitas, Whataburger, and the Donut Hole. All these are very close and convenient to Waterscape. We'll be back to Waterscape and one of David's condos in October!

We loved staying in condo A606 at Waterscape. The condo was beautiful. It has all the necessities and was very clean. It felt like you were “at home”. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony and the afternoon sun kept you warm in the evening. Love how you could walk to the restaurants down the beach and the aquarium. We loved staying in condo A606 at Waterscape. The condo was beautiful. It has all the necessities and was very clean. It felt like you were “at home”. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony and the afternoon sun kept you warm in the evening. Love how you could walk to the restaurants down the beach and the aquarium. Definitely would stay here again.

We were not disappointed at all! The condo was very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The view was perfect from the balcony. The owners were prompt about answering questions we had and since we were coming during the hurricane they were great about keeping us posted on things. We will defiantly be booking with them again. They even brought around goodie bags for the rainy day we had due to the storm. They went above and beyond. We've stayed in other condos at Waterscape, but this one is by far the nicest we've stayed in. Our only issue is that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you so much and we would highly recommend!!

They must be clean, well maintained, spacious, beautifully decorated, have a well stocked kitchen and a large dining table for family meals. This property checked all of those boxes and more! This was a family vacation for us. We were here with our 2 adult children, their spouses and our 4 young grandchildren, some of whom stayed in another unit. This was the perfect location for us. The kids, ranging in age from 1-6 yrs old, as well as the adults were never bored due to the variety of pool options. There are also plenty of chairs for all of the pools (which is not always the case with some properties). The pools and grounds are immaculately kept. The numerous outdoor gas grills are cleaned each and every morning. The restrooms are also clean and well maintained. There is even thoughtfulness as to how the beach chairs/umbrellas are arranged each morning so that everyone on the beach has an unobstructed view of the water. It's this attention to detail that makes this property stand out above others. When vacationing in Florida you really should enjoy a grouper sandwich before heading back north. We found a great sandwich at The Gulf Restaurant only a very short distance away. It offered kid friendly, indoor as well as out door casual dining. And finally I must say that David Jenn was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He made the whole process a piece of cake.

Great view of beach, beds were very comfortable and clean and properly stocked for our needs. Upon arrival the shower had hair piled on the drain and the floors could have been cleaner. We did pass the vacuum and would like to recommend a swifter sweeper would be useful for in between cleanings throughout the week. Overall we had a wonderful stay, the kids really enjoyed the pool and beach. And the adults enjoyed the view from the balcony! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to stay at your condominium.

My family recently visited Waterscape and stayed in unit A606. The condo was gorgeous! Very clean and newly decorated with every convenience we could have ever needed. The Waterscape property was beautiful and spotlessly maintained. We love Waterscape and have stayed there many times. Unit A606 is by far our very favorite! Coastal Vibe Vacations was a dream to work with as well - such a great experience all around.

My friend and I wanted to try a winter beach get away. We had stayed in A602 last year, rented with David, and we're VERY pleased. So I called David to see if anything was available. He told us an owner had just finished a complete remodel of the unit two doors down the hall. David guaranteed another luxury condo, and we were not disappointed!! David has a talented interior designer furnishing condos! We were treated to beautiful furniture, upscale bedding, and color coordination that even extended to the dishes! One of the best features was the high quality mattresses. My friend and I slept like babies. I love the two king suite condos-- both of us had equal amenities with our own private master bath. We enjoyed the huge TV. It was great for the Redbox movie we rented one evening. We made it to the beach one afternoon, but found the balcony of the condo with it's great view was also a great place to spend an afternoon. My friend used the well equipped gym at Waterscape several times, while I preferred taking a walk down Santa Rosa Blvd.. We also spent one warm afternoon sitting by the pool chatting with a couple who were there for January and February. We returned to some of our favorite places to eat. We always go to Floyd's for their early bird all you can eat shrimp basket. Another great early bird place is Marina Cafe. I had a grouper entree that was outstanding. My friend loved her redfish entree. And we had to have our Whataburger lunch! We had one rainy day, so we headed to the Outlet Mall. We also stopped at Pro Bass Shop to get some birthday gifts for my friend's husband. I had never been in that store before. It was a fun place to explore! My friend and I had a wonderful, restful getaway. You can't beat being in Destin and staying in a beautiful condo. My friend and I come several times a year, and have always rented from David, staying in a different condo every time. We have never been disappointed in his service or the accommodations. We'll be back in the Spring!!
