Waterscape A603

Condo had everything we needed for the entire stay. We only used additional toilet paper that we brought. There were plenty of paper towels, even some coffee filters and sugar. A couple of dishwasher pods, plenty of towels, etc. We love the beach chair setup being included (on a separate note, the beach setup company allows folks to come down and save chairs with a towel and leave, so pickings are slim if you don't do that). We had a minor issue with plumbing when we arrived and it was immediately handled. It was a great stay, thanks! We have booked with this company in the past and feel comfortable that any future bookings will be satisfactory.

We absolutely loved our stay. The kids were never bored between the beach and all the pools. You could literally walk to the aquarium from the beach. The view was breathtaking. Everything was as it was listed. We would love to come back!

This is our second year staying at waterscape, our first in unit A603. Our stay was wonderful! The room was great- nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room inside the unit for our family. The unit had a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. The resort is beautifully maintained with plenty of activities for the kids and numerous different pools. Beach service included with the unit is a wonderful bonus especially when flying! Would definitely recommend as we will be back!

We had an amazing fall break trip. Our little girl just started kindergarten so she was super excited for her Florida vacation. The condo was excellent. Very clean. Amazing view of the beach. We loved that each master bedroom had access to the balcony. The waterscape amenities are great for a family trip. Our kiddo loved the flow party and the pirate show!!!! We will definitely be returning.

Best vacation management experience since vacationing on the Emerald Coast the past eleven years

We love Waterscape A603. The new family room curtains, outdoor furniture and dining chairs are all great improvements. Things to consider...master mattress has popping springs and there are only five teaspoons. Coastal Vibes is so responsive; we love working with them. Thanks!

Our team stayed at waterscape for our week long baseball tournament. The condo has a great view and was very comfortable. Kitchen could have a few more items for cooking, etc but overall great week. Not for people with small kiddos it is a loonng walk from the parking structure to the room so plan accordingly for groceries, etc. the view definitely makes up for the long walk :)

This unit was very spacious, and the 10 foot ceilings in the condo and balcony opened things up even more. Our family had an awesome time, and we will return again soon!

Four adults and two kids found the condo to be plenty of room. It was well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. We loved the view from the deck. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in particular the ocean view. The balcony doesn't look onto the complex pool and beach, instead the neighbouring pool but that wasn't an issue as the ocean view was great. We would certainly consider going back in the future.

"We stayed at Waterscape A603 9/14-9/21 and had an amazing time. It was our 1st time visiting the Gulf coast. After searching through multiple condos in the Destin area we heard about Waterscape and knew this was a perfect fit. We had great communication with David and we were able to include insurance with our booking which was great, too since it was hurricane season. The condo was nicely stocked with essentials. Publix is nearby to stock up on groceries and has the best subs, too! We had plenty of room for our two girls ages 14 and 11. The included daily beach service was such a great perk and so convenient. We could just pack a quick cooler and grab our towels and head to the beach and not worry about chairs, an umbrella or a table! The staff was very courteous both at the beach and the resort. We had the best weather and the water was so calm and clear. If you're looking for a good time to visit, this time of year is great. We didn't run into any traffic, long wait times (the longest at McGuires or the BackPorch was 20 minutes during dinner rush) and the beach or pool was never crowded. We will definitely be back to Waterscape and will book with Coastal Vibe Vacations again."

Nice condo, decently appointed with views of the Gulf. Plenty of space in the condo for a large family. Resort activities abound for the little ones, a bit lacking for preteens and teenagers, although nearby attractions are available. Great location on the beach, recommend for families.

We stayed at Waterscape A603 for the week of Labor Day. Our party included my husband and I and our two children (3.5 yrs and 16 mos) and my parents. We had ample room in the beautifully decorated condo and every amenity we needed to feel comfortable away from home. I originally selected Waterscape based on all the the activities and great pool areas for our young kids, but was pleasantly surprised in how much fun all of the adults had with the water activities as well. The lazy river and the toddler pirate ship slide were the highlights of trip for sure. We will definitely return to make more vacation memories here!

This was our first time staying in Fort Walton and I wouldn't stay anywhere else! The unit was very clean and nicely decorated and the view of the ocean and pier was spectacular. The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything we needed to make dinner there! I also loved that the unit had a pack and play available to use as well. Nice thought for families like us with small children. We had 4 adults and our 2 small children and never felt cramped at all. The condo is the perfect size and again the view is great! There is some construction going on a new condo next door that looks like it has a ways to go but honestly didn't bother us. We enjoyed watching the crane operator working. Made some noise but wasn't bad. We loved how close the condo was to get to the pool and beach access too. Less than 4 min walk and we were at the pool! Our kids (8, 1y/o) LOVED the pool. This is definitely a family friendly resort. The zero entry pool with splash pad area was perfect for our 1 year old and our 8 year old loved the lily pads so much that we had to buy gloves for her hands bc she got blisters. We saw many kids wearing dish gloves (hahah!) so they are definitely a hit! The lazy river was also a great addition and a nice break from the pool. The activities during the day at the pool were simple but our daughter loved the airbrush tattoos and making her own stuffed bear. (Make sure you bring cash!) The pool area also has a great little lunch menu offering hot dogs, burgers etc. great if you just want a quick bite and don't want to miss any pool or beach time. There's also a pool on the second level that has an adults only area as well as more kid friendly pool activities. The beach is gorgeous. Can't say it enough. The sand is just amazing and the umbrella and 2 beach chairs that come with the unit was fantastic and a great plus!! So much better than lugging all of that down to the beach. Just bring your towel and you are good to go! There's plenty of parking in the garage and we never had to wait on an elevator. It's a quick <10 minute drive into Destin over the bridge which has some great restaraunts and shopping too. We loved our time Here and we are already trying to plan another trip back next summer and we'd definitely stay at this unit again! Thanks so much for a great trip! We'll be back!

The experience was very good even from the very beginning even during the reservation process and leading up to the stay. All questions were answered adequately and concisely. I felt as if I was well prepared for what to expect upon arrival. The complex was awesome. The pools were very nice and the Fudpucker's tiki hut was a nice addition. My 2 year old son enjoyed the kiddie pool which never seemed to be too busy. The whole family enjoyed the rest of the pool complex as well including the lazy river and the large zero entry pool. Overall, it was exactly what we were hoping for in the water complex which was one of the primary reasons we chose this resort. As for the individual unit, it was also very nice with the 2 King size suites with ocean views. The balcony was very nice as you could not only see the Gulf but the bay as well. The Fireworks on the Fort Walton Pier were amazing to watch from the Balcony! This may have been one of the highlights of the stay. There are probably not too many Waterscape units with such a great view of the fireworks. There were a few repairs that needed to be made to the unit but they were very minor and the owner/operator offered to fix those immediately. The only drawback for me was that the 1 Master suite was a little overwhelmed by the king size bed. We had a pack n play for my 2 year old son to sleep in which fit in the room but made it pretty tight. The other Master suite would have been much more accommodating for the pack n play, but we allowed my Mom and Dad to have the larger Master suite. Overall, I would definitely consider coming back to this Resort and to this unit in particular. The beach, as with most of the beaches in the panhandle, was AMAZING. The sand was white, the water was clear, and it was not too crowded. Thank you to David Jenn and the Waterscape staff for a good experience!

When we arrived to the condo the it was clean and orderly. It was reasonably stocked with cookware and supplies. The condo has a great view, they were building new condo next door, and the large crane was fascinating. The facilities on the grounds were great for the three kids, the complimentary beach service was nice as well. We will likely return for the beautiful weather and pristine beaches. The rep contacted us (attempted) numerous times to ensure our visit was going well. (I checked out for the week so he got my voicemail...)

Stayed a week for Spring Break. Condo was very clean, and had lots of room for us & our 3 boys. There is construction going on next door, so it did get a little loud during the day (but our 5 year old LOVED watching the trucks & cranes). The ocean view out the balcony was still great, and workers were usually done by 5:00. The amenities were outstanding. Chairs & umbrella were set up every day on the beach for us. When we arrived to the condo the it was clean and orderly. It was reasonably stocked with cookware and supplies. The condo has a great view, they were building new condo next door, and the large crane was fascinating. The facilities on the grounds were great for the three kids, the complimentary beach service was nice as well. We will likely return for the beautiful weather and pristine beaches. The rep contacted us (attempted) numerous times to ensure our visit was going well. (I checked out for the week so he got my voicemail...)

Stayed a week for Spring Break. Condo was very clean, and had lots of room for us & our 3 boys. There is construction going on next door, so it did get a little loud during the day (but our 5 year old LOVED watching the trucks & cranes). The ocean view out the balcony was still great, and workers were usually done by 5:00. The amenities were outstanding. Chairs & umbrella were set up every day on the beach for us.
