Waterscape A117

Best resort I've been to in this area of Florida. Amenities made it feel like we still had things to do every day even after having stayed for a week. Try local dives they are worth it! my 6 year old and 3 year old each had plenty to do and when we were all tired out it was nice for them to have their own TV and room to chill in. Highly recommend booking this stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We did not have a beach or pool view but that would not hinder us from staying again. The condo was very nice and as described. Really liked the covered parking garage.The only complaint I have is there were plenty of bath towels but only 4 bath cloths. There were 8 of us so we had to go buy some to have enough. But overall, a great trip.

Really enjoyed this Condo. The grounds are awesome and clean. The Beach Crew were very helpful and always alert. Great activities for our grandchildren. Having Fudpuckers by the pool was nice. We just wished their hours of operation were longer.

We had a fantastic week and stay at Coastal Vibe Vacations A117! It was super clean, well stocked with any and everything and the amenities could not be beat. The inclusive beach chairs/umbrella were so convenient each day! Communication was prompt and check in and out were easy. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool, lazy river and beach chair service were nicer than most places. The beach never felt too crowded and we were always able to get a decent spot. The kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was a bin on the porch with a wagon and some beach toys which was also nice. We would stay again and recommend this to family/friends.

We had a relaxing six day vacation in this unit with our kids. It was quiet and comfortable. I would've brought a few washcloths with me if I had realized there were only a few. Convenient location to parking and the pool. I greatly appreciated that tenants were not allowed to have pets on the property. The "check-in process" was the best, a simple email with a door code allowing us to go straight to our unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for 5 of us. Check in and accessing the unit was quick and easy. The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time there. Quick walk over to the beach which was great! We had to contact the host once when we didn’t have extra garbage bags as noted but they were fast to respond and send some right over. There were great restaurants close by too! Always appreciate when hosts are quick to help out! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip ever to Ft Walton Beach. My husband, friends, and I had a great time. We had one stumble on door code when first arriving, but we were very quickly taken care of like nothing happened at all. After just a few short days we were already talking about coming back. Our family had a great vacation at Waterscape A117! Being on the first floor and close to the entrance/parking deck was very convenient. The condo has very easy access to the pool and beach as well. Speaking of which, the included beach chair/umbrella service is a huge bonus! As for the condo itself, the listing was very accurate. Everything was very clean and well-stocked, and we had ample space for my family of five to spread out. Communication with the host was excellent, as they gave detailed check-in instructions and kept us in the know of other things throughout our stay.

My family and I had an incredible week at Waterscape Unit A117! The unit itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities of home. Being on the ground floor was a huge plus, as we had easy access to parking, with plenty of spots just 50 steps from the door. This convenience made our stay so much easier, especially when bringing in luggage and beach gear. The location of the unit is perfect for pool lovers; it's just a short walk to the pool and the lazy river, which became our daily go-to for fun and relaxation. While there's no beach view from the room, the unit's price point more than makes up for it. The included daily beach setup was a wonderful perk, making our beach days effortless and enjoyable. The combination of comfort, convenience, and amenities made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return to Waterscape Unit A117 again and again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and everything we needed was in there. It was quiet and peaceful and super close to walk right out to the pool or get to the beach. The resort was amazing! So many pools, a lazy river, a splash pad for the kids, and they had grills throughout so we could Grill our lunch. They also provided fun activities for the kids like fireworks on the beach, movies at the pool,etc. It was an absolute dream and I cannot wait to return!

Highly recommend this unit. It had everything we wanted in a stay away from home. The black out curtains were amazing to keep sunlight out when we wanted to sleep in. The beds were comfortable. They had every kitchen item we needed in addition to have washing machine and dryer in the unit was AMAZING because I love doing laundry. The pools were great especially the heated pool on days when the ocean was too cold. It was very pretty and clean. Owners of the unit communicated quickly and effectively when I needed to reach out about something. Highly recommend for fellow travelers!
