We had 20 family members stay at this location to begin the celebration of my mother’s 90th birthday. It was the perfect place for all ages. We did not want to leave. The views and scenery were spectacular!!!! We even had the excitement of a bear paying us a visit. Highly recommend this place for large groups.

We had a great time at The Summit 86! We had a group of 15 (4 families) ages 9 - 71. Plenty of room and activities for everyone. The golf simulator was a huge hit and the kids loved the pool and playing Mario Kart on the 100 inch tv! Management checked-in with us via text during our stay. There was a starter set of necessities, plenty of bear-garbage cans, and just the most amazing mountain views.

We toom our spring break trip to Summit 86 with 5 different families. We had exactly 20 people and everyone had a space to sleep. The layout of this house was very thoroughly thought out. With space and privacy but also ample communal areas with space for everyone. Not to mention the views!!!! Both sides sof the house views were incredible. Sunrises and sunsets. The pool room is soo perfect heated at no additional cost. Everything worked as it should. Loved the golf simulator. We did see some bears one afternoon in the neighborhood. But overall the stay was incredible would definitely book again!

My friends and I have been going on an annual cabin trip the past 11 years. We have been to Gatlinburg, Asheville, and the Red River Gorge, and I can confidently say this is the nicest cabin we have ever stayed at. There were plenty of entertainment options between the ping pong table, golf simulator, theatre room, pool table, indoor pool, etc. The beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms for how many people the cabin sleeps. They had 2 refrigerators (you would think all large cabins would have this, but from our experience this is the first one in 11 years that had 2 fridges). They cabin was very clean, and the layout was awesome. The views and location were also great… not too far from town, but just far enough. The rental company did a GREAT job communicating. Before we came down, there was snow that hit the area and they kept on great contact about conditions of the roads, best ways to get up the mountain, etc. The only complaint is that the bar has been set way too high for our future cabin trips lol. If you are a large group staying in the Gatlinburg area, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The neighborhood is quiet, easy to access, fantastic location, beautiful views, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and seating at the dining tables for everyone to eat together! My favorite thing about this home for a large group was the size of the bedrooms and each one having their own private bathrooms. You could have privacy and with all bedrooms being large and similar in size, they were all equally spacious (even for ALL our stuff). We frequent Pigeon Forge every year or two and I can't wait to return during the summer months to access more of the outdoor areas. Would definitely stay at Summit 86 again!

Beautiful, large house was more than enough for the 4 adults and 2 teens who stayed here in July 2024. A steep and twisty drive up the mountains, but worth it for the views, which are phenomenal in every room. Looking out the back of the house, it feels like you are the only person for miles! (We even saw a bear meander down the street one day.) So many amenities to choose from, we didn't even get around to using them all. Gave the house 4 stars for cleanliness only because it was a bit dusty in the corners and the washing machine seemed mildewy--both easily fixed. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house and the rental company. Thank you!

We had 14 people stay in this house for several days. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. The pool, hot tub, golf simulator, ping pong table , pool table, poker table and movie room were used by all. The deck was spacious and had beautiful views. There was plenty of room for us to eat together in the dining area. It was close to places we wanted to visit but far enough away from tourist attractions that we felt close to nature. We would definitely stay again.

We spent a lot of time on the lower level hanging out at the pool, the fire pit, and the golf simulator. The house had everything we needed for a great weekend and I cannot wait to go back again! Summit 86 is a must stay if you are looking to visit the area.

We celebrate our 2 son's birthdays each year with a weekend trip to this area. This was our 4th year and without any doubt, we found the absolute perfect place to stay. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had so many amenities, we didn't have to look anywhere else for entertainment!! It kept 10 teenagers (and 5 adults) perfectly content for the entire weekend!! We celebrate our 2 son's birthdays each year with a weekend trip to this area. This was our 4th year and without any doubt, we found the absolute perfect place to stay. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had so many amenities, we didn't have to look anywhere else for entertainment!! It kept 10 teenagers (and 5 adults) perfectly content for the entire weekend!! There was fun for everyone, the property was very clean, and we had plenty of space. The golf simulator was a hit with adults and kids! The views were breathtaking. We couldn't figure out the tv in the theatre room and the host sent someone over within an hour. We highly recommend this property. Be aware that this is called the summit because the neighborhood is at the top of the mountain! Do not book this property for the winter without a 4WD vehicle. Otherwise, it's perfect!!!

Our visit to the mountains was made all the better with the lovely accommodations. We were a party of 19 with ages ranging from 6 months to 64 years. There were amenities for everyone to enjoy during our time at the house. We swam in the warm pool, relaxed in the hot tub, played ping pong, golf and watched an occasional movie. The house was prepared for, easily, 20 guests. We ate in most nights. The two dishwashers were a blessing! The only downfall to eating was the refrigerator did not make enough ice for 8 adults. We had to bring in ice. The beds are comfortable. We all slept well. :) The ride up the mountain was a highlight for me! The views are AMAZING! I would choose this house again, in the future. We rented this to take my entire family to celebrate my birthday. Let me tell you, it was perfection! Our original home rental had to be changed due to circumstances out of their control. They moved us RIGHT next door. We thought it was a back up plan, but it ended up being perfect! Everything was spotless, plenty of towels, the pool was like bathwater! The house had plenty for us to do if we never wanted to leave and just relax all week. The neighborhood was very high end and we had zero disturbance. There was a house under construction right outside the primary bedroom (next door) and they NEVER started before 9am all week. We cant wait to rent this house again and will gladly work with this company over and over. We had one concern and they sent someone out to address it on a Sunday morning! Smooth sailing after that. 100% feel safe using mountain vibe properties.

So many things to keep everyone happy! Golf simulator was amazing! The fire pit was the perfect place to gather in the evening and wind down. We couldn’t get the theatre room to work but that might have just been user error. We all gathered around the tv upstairs in front of the fireplace and it worked out just fine! Beautiful house and great neighborhood. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and quiet. Early risers didn’t bother the late sleepers and vice versa! We didn’t try to use the grill until late the last night we were there. It wouldn’t light because of the grease build-up, but we let the property manager know of the problem and they promised to address it before the next guests. We would stay here again!

We had 5 couples and 8 grandchildren 4 of which were in the family room. The others stayed with their parents. House is perfect for big families, so much to do. We never got in each others way. Kitchen is well equipped , needs a big frying pan, I bought a tea pitcher and left it there. Plenty of refrigerator space. Beds are comfortable ( We always carry a cushion but we didn’t need it.) If you like a good thread count for sheets I would recommend you bring your own. I did hear some in our family say they thought the sheets came from dollar general but we may be sheet snobs. The cleaning crew could do better but I figure it is because it is getting to the end of the summer season. The company managing the house was very quick to respond when we had small issues. Overall we loved the house and we would love to stay there again.

We had never been to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and were worried we would be too far out. Fortunately, the subdivision is close enough to town/national forest but far enough away from the crazy to be quiet and peaceful. House was a nice layout for our visiting families and we loved the view from the back windows. Only complaint is floors could have been cleaner upon arrival and all our swim suits were bleached from the hot tub water.

We had a great time at this house. It was the perfect space for our spring break trip with friends. We had 5 families with kids, and there was enough room for each couple to have their own suite and bathroom, and the kids to share the bunk room and the bunks in the upper loft area. Two things we did contact the management about is that the house, while clean on the surface, was in need of deep spring cleaning. For example, sides of cabinets had some streaks and splatters, floor molding had a noticeable layer of dust, and the windows were pretty dirty. All of this stuff could just mean that it is that time of year that a deep clean is due. The other complaint is that the coffee maker was super slow...like it took a half hour to brew a pot. All in all, we loved the pool and the space as a whole. The neighborhood was gorgeous. We all wished we could extend our stay by a day or two.

We had a blast on our Smoky Mountain weekend getaway with our family and friends to celebrate our recent elopement. The house was set up very nice with multiple master bedrooms and a ton of bathrooms. The amenities were super fun, especially the golf simulator. We hired a private chef to come to the house one night at the owners recommendation, which was fantastic. Overall a fun, relaxing weekend in the mountains.

Outstanding place to host a family or group gathering. Owner and Manager were very responsive both prior to and during the stay. The place is well-kept and cleaned thoroughly. It is "As Advertised" with no surprises. Through several conversations with the owner and manager, it is clear they go out of their way to make sure everything is in working order and meets guest expectations. We were very pleased and our whole group loved everything about it. It's about a 20-30 minute drive into Pigeon Forge (depending on where you're heading); however, there's plenty to keep everyone engaged and occupied just hanging around the house. If you're a runner/walker, it's a safe area to do so (the neighborhood is much more developed than Google Maps shows) but plan on lots of hills! A fantastic trip and we'd certainly stay with them again!!

Recently stayed at The Summit 86, and wow what a beautiful experience. The house left us speechless and the location was perfect. The house is wonderful and we all had a lovely family vacation. The amenities made for a really fun experience. The golf simulator, fire pit, table tennis, billiards, indoor pool and hot tub all provide endless opportunities for fun for everyone no matter what age.
6 king bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms with 2 half baths is very convenient and comfortable for a large group.
My kids loved the theater room. It’s a cozy space and they plugged in their gaming consoles and devices and played on the large screen.
Management was quick to respond to any concerns or issues and they were resolved promptly.
I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to bring liquid hand soaps, toiletries, board games, kitchen spices, cooking oils, aluminum foil, laundry pods, dishwashing liquid, etc from home.
Cleanliness could definitely be improved upon. But, overall a fantastic experience!

I have two adult children, each with three of their own children. The age range is 4 to 14. Because my daughter is in Nashville and my son is in Northern Kentucky, it is difficult for all 12 of us to get together. Covid-19 has furthermore complicated this because many of us work in health care. We did not leave the property all weekend and all 12 of us were entertained! The indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, theater, deck, golf simulator, ping pong and pool tables were thoroughly utilized and enjoyed. I would highly recommend!

We brought our kids (4 and 2), parents and siblings. With 3 generations together, we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful house. You don't even need to leave because house has so many activities. Beautiful sunsets from the back deck. They have a pack n play if you have young kids. The person who chose the furnishings has good taste -- it's all very comfortable and modern. The house is located in a high-end subdivision that is still being built out. The roads are wide and comfortable as you go up and down the mountain. It's nice to take a stroll through the neighborhood and look at all the pretty houses and views (big hills, so you get some exercise). FYI that at the time of this review, new houses are going up directly across the road and on either side of this house, so you will see construction workers and machinery. Also, the house is a newly built, so there are some things that the builder is still fixing, like wobbly towel hooks and wobbly faucets.

We had this trip planned well before the virus outbreak. Then just days before our trip it seemed the whole world was shutting down, including our state the day BEFORE our planned trip. So I contacted the management for the Summit, and they made special arrangements for us to arrive a day early AND allowed us to extend our stay. With everything shutting down why not? We drove of course and only shopped for gas with plenty of sanitizer as to not be subject to contamination. We even brought our own food. When we arrived we could smell they completely sanitized the house. We decided to stay here at the Summit and self isolate... and only see a few sites from the car. This was an AMAZING vacation. This house is incredible. We golfed, swam, watched movies on the big screen all as a family. The bedrooms are all great. Everything is new. The Mountain View's were absolutely breathtaking. It was the best vacation We have had in a long time. I would love to go back once this is all over. Once again my special thanks to the team of Mountain Vibes. They did an incredible job.

We recently stayed at Summit 86 with our family and friends and had a fabulous time! It was our first trip to Pigeon Forge but certainly won't be the last. Summit 86 is an amazing house with a spacious layout, fun activities for all ages, and scenic views of the Smoky Mountains. The husbands played rounds of golf on the simulator in the basement before moving over to the ping pong table for a late night tournament. The indoor pool was also a favorite for adults and children alike; easily going from the pool to the hot tub and fire pit on the back patio. The theatre room was a hit with the kids where they could easily watch movies on demand. The kitchen layout is great, includes professional grade appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to cook meals for your family and friends. The house decor is very nice and includes TVs in every room. No detail was overlooked with Summit 86. Staying here is a vacation all in itself!!!

We didn't want to leave! There was something for everyone to do! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. We had a few gorgeous days and the views do not disappoint. The owner has thought of every detail and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We didn't want to leave! There was something for everyone to do! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. We had a few gorgeous days and the views do not disappoint. The owner has thought of every detail and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The golf simulator was so much fun and the younger kids enjoyed a movie in the theatre room (the seating on the floor was soo cozy). Can't wait to come back!

We recently stayed at Summit 86 with our family and friends and had a fabulous time! It was our first trip to Pigeon Forge but certainly won't be the last. Summit 86 is an amazing house with a spacious layout, fun activities for all ages, and scenic views of the Smoky Mountains. The husbands played rounds of golf on the simulator in the basement before moving over to the ping pong table for a late night tournament. The indoor pool was also a favorite for adults and children alike; easily going from the pool to the hot tub and fire pit on the back patio. The theatre room was a hit with the kids where they could easily watch movies on demand. The kitchen layout is great, includes professional grade appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to cook meals for your family and friends. The house decor is very nice and includes TVs in every room. No detail was overlooked with Summit 86. Staying here is a vacation all in itself!!!
