Beautiful, spacious and clean house. That’s my ideal trifecta for a vacation property! The layout is very thoughtful and accommodating. The space is used well. Even with a large group, never felt we were on top of each other. We enjoyed our time there.
Also top tier communication and responsiveness to guest needs. It was giving not just ‘coastal’ but concierge vibes :) Well done and thank you.

We had a great time. There were 13 of us ages 8 to 70 and something for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen is well appointed. The views are wonderful. This was our 2nd annual stay and the kids are all ready planning for next year.

This was an extremely nice Airbnb. The view is at the very end of a mountain top so it has completely unobstructed views of the mountains and no close neighbors. The ceiling heights are enormous, the porches are expansive, the double fridges/dishwashers were so helpful and the home was crystal clean. 10/10 would stay here again!

Over the years, my wife and I have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and this was easily one of the very best. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and detail into making this home exceptional, comfortable and fun for large groups. The house was spacious enough to comfortably host our group of 17 (10 adults and 7 children). Each of the six main bedrooms was equally comfortable there were no “bad rooms” and the mattresses were excellent and provided a solid night sleep (most important in my opinion). The house had an open-concept layout upstairs, with a large kitchen and living room which became the heart of our trip. We cooked every morning and evening there. After dinner, we'd gather on the deck by one of the fireplaces. There was one inside the lanai and one just outside, both perfect spots to relax. The views were amazing and the windows were large and allowed you to soak in the full view. The indoor pool was a huge highlight, especially when the weather didn't cooperate. The kids loved it, but the adults got just as much use out of it. The pool was heated, and the hot tub was fantastic for early morning dips and evening soaks. The game rooms were another bonus: the downstairs shuffleboard table (freshly waxed by the property managers after we called them) played beautifully, and upstairs offered extras like bean bag toss and a poker table. Location-wise, we were only about 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes from the alpine coasters. But truthfully, we rarely felt the need to leave the house as it had so muchto keep everyone entertained. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. We even spotted a bear nearby which was super cool and a good reminder to keep the doors locked. As with any review, it's fair to mention the very few downsides, though they were minor. The seventh bedroom (with a twin bed) didn't have a door, so no one ended up sleeping there, but there was a pullout sofa in the theater room worked as a great alternative. Also, the kitchen was missing basic measuring spoons. I let the property managers know after we left and they were quick to note this and said it would be something they would address. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and incredibly well designed for large groups. We loved every minute of our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Absolutely unreal property and views! We had such an incredible time at this home, the pictures do not do it justice. The owners were kind and responsive and the check-in was extremely easy as well. My only complaint is that a house this beautiful and spacious, I would expect more supplies in the home like paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. Just be aware of this and plan ahead. The floors were also a little dirty when we arrived, most of us had to wear socks/shoes the whole time. Other than those two minor things, the experience was excellent; we can’t wait to return someday!

WOW! I think we all had this word when we walked in! It was definitely one of the most beautiful places we have ever booked! Every detail was perfect! One of the few places that you just never want to leave! So peaceful! The design is the best part! Luxury is the mountains!!!!! We will ALWAYS try and book this home if we visit this area. I was under the impression that the hot tub was drained and refilled after every change of occupants, and I am 99% sure that the water in the spa had not been changed in some time, and it was out of chlorine tabs, which made the water cloudy and smelly.

Even more beautiful in person. Clean and comfortable even though it is magazine worthy. I highly recommend this rental in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains! The only hiccup was me not reviewing the rooms more carefully before booking. I would consider this a 5 bedroom home. The nook under the stairs is super cool, but is not what I consider an actual bedroom. But, I'd pick it again even with one less bedroom. It's not a chore to sleep in the theater either. We had several naps in those fabulous chairs.

This house is amazing - it truly has everything. It was clean, in excellent condition (just as pictures show) and has amazing views from the back of the house. The owners were wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the hot tub and they immediately sent someone to fix it. The ONLY downfall is that 2 of the bedrooms don't have private bathrooms. The lower level bunk room's bathroom is across the hall, but still in a location for that room and theres a room on the main level that doesn't have a bathroom at all. The couple we had staying in that room shared their bathroom with another couple in the room next door. Not a deal breaker but just something to be aware of while booking-I missed this. Didn't impact our stay at all and we will definitely book here again!

The house was everything as described in the description. Beautiful home with tons of space. All appliances in the kitchen were top notch! My only recommendation would be to add a sound system and a nicer grill. The grill was less than desirable. For such a nice house with such nice accommodations I would
expect a better grill. However, this place was by far the nicest Airbnb we have ever rented!

This place was breathtaking! The inside was very clean. We had a group of 12 with plenty of room. The pool was nice and warm. With it being cool outside the jacuzzi was perfect to have. We checked-in Friday and didn’t leave the house until Sunday afternoon to go and shopping:) The drive to the house became narrow and wavy but it was worth it once we reached the top. The view was gorgeous. I highly recommend this place!

Where do I start? My group had an AMAZING experience at Summit Skye. The pictures online don't do this beautiful cabin justice! I can tell that the owners spared no expense in selecting finishes for this luxurious abode. The cleanliness A1! The views A1! The functionality A1! Did I mention the indoor pool and theater room? OUTSTANDING! This cabin is in a class all by itself. My husband had to tear me away because I didn't want to leave. LOL! The only somewhat negative critique I received from the older members of our group is that they wish the cabin had an elevator b/c the stairs were a bit steep for them. Nevertheless, I hope to do another group trip at this cabin very soon, as I truly enjoyed and appreciated the luxury accommodations at Summit Skye!

You have a beautiful home! Our family really enjoyed our stay there. There was ample space for everyone. The pool was a hit for the little ones and big ones as well. The game room was awesome. The golf game was a huge hit. The hot tub was amazing. There was so much to do with the house that you really do not need to leave. We enjoyed family time in the movie theater. Outstanding house with incredible detail catered to entertaining. We had a large group and always felt there was plenty of space and plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. The game room was a big hit as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. The theater room was a blast to watch a movie or football.
The kitchen was very well equipped for a large group. Several cooks in our group and everything they needed to prepare complicated meals was there.
We enjoyed sitting outside on the beautiful deck, looking out at the changing leaves while chatting over a fire. The house was spotlessly clean. Great time had by all.
