Southern Falls is a 4,000-square-foot Smoky Mountain stunner in The Summit on Bluff Mountain! Start with beautiful wood, log, and shingle exteriors that give you that lodge-like feel. All around, large windows let in lots of natural light and showcase the beautiful wooded views. Inside, find a beautiful private indoor pool room with more of those windows for a bright and open space. This 5 star Pigeon Forge cabin gives any group getaway an upgrade!
The cabin has a long list of amenities, including 4 king suites, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, TVs in all the bedrooms, rocking chairs, a gas grill, an inviting electric fireplace, DVD and Blu-ray players, a fully equipped kitchen, and a pool table! It also features an outdoor hot tub, big screen TVs, a flat and paved driveway, and futons and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. With space for 12, this group getaway is great for small reunions, couples’ retreats, big family vacations, and weekends away with friends. Also located just 2.1 miles from The Trillium Venue ~ a luxurious mountain wedding venue located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains.
Living Room
Step into the beautiful living room, featuring an elevated ceiling with a raindrop chandelier, a stacked-stone (electric and heated) fireplace, multi-toned hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the Smokies closer to YOU. Rest in the armchairs with a good book or fun magazine, plop on the sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) for movie night on the big screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray players, or sip wine with your spouse on the loveseat. This bright, open space is perfect for gathering the gang for morning chats or evening entertainment. Plus, you can keep an eye on the kids while they play games in the open loft upstairs. ~ Indoor fireplaces are active late September to April 1st
Kitchen
Following the home’s open concept, the fully equipped kitchen is more than ready for bountiful breakfasts, scrumptious lunches, afternoon snacks, homemade dinners, and sweet midnight treats. Say hello to stainless steel appliances, plenty of counterspace, and a large island with bar seating for 3, making meal prep and serving dishes easy-peasy. Pop your favorite K-cup into the Keurig or whip up a pot of joe with the coffeemaker. Cook soup on the stove with bread in the oven, store leftovers in the fridge, and pop everyone’s movie night favorite in the microwave. The best part? There’s a dishwasher to handle the dirty work for you!
Dining Area
Mere feet from the kitchen awaits the nice dining area with a wall of windows framing tree-studded views and a chic farm table for 12. Everyone can dine, chat, and play games from home together here. This space is also great for crafting with the kiddos, propping open your laptop for a bit, and journaling about the day’s adventures.

Ready to play? Head to the rec loft for rousing rounds of pool, fun arcade games, and entertainment on another big screen TV! The space continues with the stylish two-toned ceiling showcasing exposed beams and providing a ceiling fan for heated matches. And there’s seating for those waiting for their next turn or needing a little break from all the excitement.
Private Indoor Pool
Ah, there’s nothing like relaxing poolside indoors as fall fades into winter or spring jumps into summer. At Southern Falls, you can enjoy the refreshing waters any time of year in the private indoor pool — featuring a spa area with waterfall and kiddy pool and a wall of windows letting in the lovely trees. Teach your littlest to swim in the morning, float around for a bit in the afternoon, and enjoy evening dips as the underwater lights showcase a rainbow of color. At its longest - it is 21ft and at the widest it is 10ft. It has steps leading into a 3ft deep section...then moves to 4ft and at its deepest is 5ft. There are stairs at both ends into the 3ft and 5ft sections. There’s also an entertainment space with a table for 6 and a mounted big screen TV, so you can keep an eye on the fish of the family in comfort.
Bedrooms
Harboring 1 on the entry level and 3 on the second floor, the king suites at Southern Falls are stylish and comfortable. Each has a flatscreen TV, a plush king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary suite even boasts direct deck access to reconnect with nature and a garden tub for spa nights. Plus, 2 bedrooms (including the master) have a futon for extra guests. Combined with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and 6 bathrooms in the home, you’ll have accommodations for 12 guests here.

This was a wonderful property for a once a year friends' getaway that included adults and a 2 year old! The cabin had plenty of spaces to congregate as well as peaceful private bedrooms, each with its own bath! We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the "baller" pool as it was dubbed in our group chat. The pool area was like having our own mini waterpark, and our little girl would have lived in there if she could have! The porch was also a popular hangout for our group, offering wooded views and a cozy timed firetable. Everything was clean, well stocked, and exceeded the description. Wonderful cabin
This cabin had everything we could want. We had a family of 3 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 2 year old. There was plenty of room for us. We could have stayed at the cabin our entire vacation and relaxed. It was so beautiful and quiet! We did venture out and the drive was beautiful. The mountain drive was nice — beautiful scenery. We saw a few bears during our a visit and two turkeys in our yard. The cabin had everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances, pots and pans, etc. There was also plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soup provided in each bathroom. Great house, we couldn't have been more pleased! Plenty of bedrooms each with their own bath made mornings a breeze for our group as we got ready for our days. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals large or small. The indoor Pool and outside Hot Tub are both awesome amenities and both got plenty of use and enjoyment. We didn't take a high chair because we had read there was one there- I reached and they delivered a brand new one to us the next morning. If you're taking an infant make sure you take a child gate. We had a wonderful stay here! I wished we would have booked a couple extra days. So much to do and see this time of year in the surrounding towns but also torn to just stay at this beautiful cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cook full meals. We have twin toddlers, and one still is not acclimated to sleeping in a bed. We are grateful there was a pack and play for our little guy. Made him feel right at home. Everyone loved the pool and the hot tub was a hit. The only thing is I think when we think of a heated pool we expect it to be a little warmer. The kids loved it, wasn’t horrible but couldn’t stay in long without the kids teeth chattering. Beautiful setup though.
I will say if driving up mountainous terrain makes you anxious, just know this location is literally on top of the mountain.

The perfect family getaway!
We met college friends and their family at this cabin for spring break. It was pristine when we walked in, ample supplies in the kitchen to make cooking a breeze, cozy rooms and decor, plenty of towels/pillows/blankets, and an stunning location. We had a fabulous family trip! We loved the convenience of accessing Netflix from every possible place to hang out. I was pleasantly surprised to find several local places were available to DoorDash- the convenience and comfort of dining spaces in the house was something we absolutely wanted to take advantage of! There was some issue we weren’t aware of requiring the management company to reach out to us during our stay and they were incredibly friendly- and it was wonderful to see they take an active role in caring for the home. Great experience, great pool!
The cabin has 4 king suites all with bathrooms so everyone has plenty of room and privacy. The cabin is in a great neighbor with wonderful views. This cabin was one of the best equipped cabins we have stayed at with 2 coffee pots and a Keurig. There was even a small tool box that came in handy after the children opened their Christmas and needed batteries. The pool was fantastic!! Large enough pool for the entire family! There were small inconveniences like running out of trash bags and dishwasher pods but a quick trip into town resolved those issues. Love our stay at David’s place! The views are breathtaking and you are nearby Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. The pool in the basement was great. Having a tv in so many places was also amazing for the adults. The mini game room upstairs was a lot of fun too.

This was our family's 1st big vacation that we could all be together, and staying at Davids was the best decision for us it fit our family perfect. We were able to interact with each other no matter what we chose to do, from playing video games and shooting pool in the loft to swimming and sitting in the hot tub. This home was amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The kitchen was great to work in! Tons of space in the fridge and the fireplaces, grill, and hot tub worked great. The pool was a massive hit with the kids, including the kiddy pool. Rules were very straight forward and are easy to follow.

Cabin was exceptionally clean and beautiful. Subdivision was landscaped beautifully and was very manicured and clean. View to back is very treed and private with lots of wildlife - nicely entertaining. Great property for our family vacation! We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4-13 and it was a great spot. The kids of course loved the pool and the water was nice and warm. Plenty of spots inside and out to gather, but not feel on top of each other. House was clean and kitchen has everything you need. The property managers sent a detailed email with everything we needed to know, so we didn't have any questions. One thing to note is that if you're staying off season, be sure to have 4 wheel drive because it's a somewhat steep drive up the mountain. But all paved, so wasn't an issue for us in the spring. Southern Falls is a beautiful home that did not disappoint. We had plenty of room for 6 adults & 3 children (ages 4-9). The pool was fabulous for all - not just the kids!
