This place was beautiful and just what our family needed. Spectacular views, plenty of space for 21 of us. WiFi was out and they had someone out to fix it same day with was very helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Some things need maintained. The tv's could not get to work in most rooms. The arcade games need some attention. But we still had a great time. This was our second time renting this cabin. We could see the wear and tare from the years. But we like it because the grands never want to leave the cabin. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

We had 35 family members in this very spacious cabin in the Smoky Mountains, and really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy, and the cabin was very clean. The family really enjoyed the huge decks with incredible views. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the issues we encountered (WIFI not working first day due to loose connections, dishwasher filter clogged on day 4, grandparents needed more comforters). The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were updated and stocked with soap, ample towels, and kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware. Multi zone AC was excellent. The kids really enjoyed the game rooms, theater room, indoor pool and adjacent outdoor hot-tub, and the full bathroom connected to the pool and mini-split AC in the pool room were very nice touches. We saw several bears in the development and outside the cabin which was amazing, so adults need to be vigilant and children watched closely. Common area space on all floors and huge dining room with mess hall seating was perfect for our large party to congregate, eat, and drink. A few minor issues (only one dish drainer, pool water was a bit cloudy, one of the 2 pool door locks was not working so we locked the bathroom that led to it, TV remotes were not intuitive, BBQ grills were old, air hockey not working) but overall still a great experience here. Only 10 mins from shopping and food, 20 mins to Dollywood and Gatlinburg, and 60 mins from white water rafting.

Really can't say enough good things about our stay here in Pigeon Forge. We were a big group of about 26 people ranging in age from 2 years old to almost 80 years old for a family reunion. The house is just how it looks in the photos - huge, clean, incredible views and very very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both amazingly clean. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Game room, pool table and movie theater gave the kids tons of fun options. It honestly was perfect.

The property matched out expectations and served our group of twenty three very well. There is one Jacuzzi, not two as advertised. All in all a very nice experience. Views from the deck looking west are beautiful. Local wildlife are easy to spot. The steep entry road.

I stayed at this cabin with a large group of friends (30) The property was exactly as described, was impeccibly clean and was perfect in every way. Support from the host was excellent! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Stay here! You won't regret it!

We have over 20 people. 5 families. We had a great time. We did notice the refrigerator door handle was loose and the team was attentive to addressing these kinds of issues. The view on the balcony was great in the evenings. The location was great.

Great location and a huge indoor space for our family of 36 people. The kids loved the game room and pool, the adults were glued to the shuffleboard and pool table and we spotted bears on 3 of 5 days. We will return to this lovely home in the near term!

We had 20 adults and 3 children all under the age of 4 years old. We had plenty of roam for all that was there. The house was perfect with the most perfect views! Got to see some bears a couple of times. The only bad thing was the slope of the driveway. We had plenty of roam to spread out and a lot of room to cook. Having 2 of everything in the kitchen made it easier to fix breakfast and dinner. Would definitely consider coming back to this house. It nice to find a house with that many rooms the most aren't with single beds or bunk beds. The rental company was great about keeping in touch with me throughout the whole rental process and very fast to respond if we had any issues.

Best weekend EVER!! Just got home (albeit early) from an amazing stay! The views are absolutely beautiful, even with overcast skies and fog the second day. Such a clean, cozy & comfortable cabin! Our group of 35 had a wonderful time celebrating my dad's 90th birthday surprise, with everyone enjoying their own sleeping & playing spaces. My cabin search began in South Georgia to the North Georgia Mountains, to finding an absolute gem in Sherwood Forest, and the perfect spot to host our large group. The cabin delivered on every promise. The kids enjoyed the comfortably heated pool and teens never left the game and theater rooms. The kitchen was appointed with all the appliances, dishes & cookware we could ever need. Our only regret is that we woke to unfavorable weather forecast on the third day and, out of the abundance of caution, we decided to leave a day early to avoid being stranded at the top of the mountain. Had we not had family who needed to get back to work & school, we would have tried to make a go of it. If staying during the winter months, I recommend making a grocery run for food & supplies needed for several days in the event of inclement weather. The check-in process could not have been easier. If I had a question all it took was a quick text and I received an immediate response. The only suggestions for management would be to install more kitchen overhead lighting and perhaps under the cabinets, and also provide extra blankets. Still, A stay!

Our large group all enjoyed the cabin!! The location was convenient not far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The Mountain View’s were awesome, saw some bears and eagles! Kids loved the pool, the older ones liked the hot tub and theater room and game rooms. This was one of our best rentals we have been coming to the area for about 14 years!

Our couples' trip to the Smoky Mountains was made even more special by this incredible cabin. Pictures simply can't capture the beauty and spaciousness of this place—we had 12 couples, and everyone felt completely at home. The host was exceptional, always just a call away to assist with any of our needs. During our stay, we experienced a heavy storm, and unfortunately, some water got onto our belongings. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure everything was taken care of. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. This cabin is a true gem in the Smokies!

Our family of 22 kids and adults absolutely loved this house and the views! We even got to see black bears in the neighborhood. Customer service was great and we even got in a bit early. They were prompt to help clean up a lot of trash that had been scattered by the bears before we arrived. Just be aware that parking is at a fairly steep angle that can be tricky for anyone that might be a little unstable walking.

We stayed here the week of July 4 with 6 families - 12 adults and 12 kids. The bedrooms were extremely well setup so that all the adults had a king bed and private bath room. The kids enjoyed rooms with bunk beds with their friends. There are ample amenities to entertain adults and kids. Our kids were never bored. Indoor pool. 2 game rooms with tons of games. Movie room. The adults enjoyed amazing sunsets on the balcony with spectacular views. The kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and there are 2 washers and 2 dryers downstairs. We had no issue with space or with getting laundry done. There's plenty of space for parking. It's on a steep hill but that's to be expected when renting a house in the mountains. The property managers were great. Any questions we had, they answered email promptly and even delivered a grill brush to us for the 4th of July. The house has some wear and tear but nothing unexpected. Overall we had an amazing week in this house and would stay there again.

I thought the place was exceptionally clean. The only thing I would recommend to anyone staying is possibly a sound machine if you're a light sleeper. With that many people and the way it is so open, sound carries a little. (Definitely no fault of the owners). The pool was a great addition for the kids and they never left the game area. So many fun memories were made! I would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious! My group was a couples retreat with 18 adult couples over 40. We enjoyed the king sized bed suites. The cabin waa clean and the kitchen more than enough for 2 couples to cook at the same time. As brunch was being completed, a BBQ dinner was able to bw prepped. Pool and hot tubs were the added bonus we absolutely LOVED. The living room was large enough for games each night. This cabin was absolutely gorgeous and very spacious! My group was a couples retreat with 18 adult couples over 40. We enjoyed the king sized bed suites. The cabin waa clean and the kitchen more than enough for 2 couples to cook at the same time. As brunch was being completed, a BBQ dinner was able to bw prepped. Pool and hot tubs were the added bonus we absolutely LOVED. The living room was large enough for games each night. Parking was less desirable due to incline/decline but accommodated 8 large SUVs with room to spare.

The cabin was perfect, everyone loved it, age groups varied for us, 2-60 and everyone loved it. We had some hick ups at check in but it was figured out quickly and the owner and team did everything to ensure it was handled. The management was available to respond quickly. Two suggestions would be to brighten the kitchen area more. It's pretty dim when cooking. Lastly the exterior door leading from pool to outside gets stuck and is in poor condition, need to have it checked out. The cabin is close to attractions and grocery stores which was a huge bonus. My family and u would definitely stay again.

The home was spectacular. With the pool, hot tubs, pool table, media room, and multiple video games there was more than enough for our guests to choose from to do. Each guest/couple had their own in suite bath. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate several cooks (I would recommend the host make two large skillets available for use in the kitchen).
We did get in contact with Airbnb/the owner with a couple of issues that were addressed to our satisfaction the next morning.
I would highly recommend this place for large family/couples.

We stayed in this cabin for Thanksgiving week with the family. There were 21 of us so there was plenty of room and most of the kids had their own rooms. Getting to some cabins can be an adventure, but this was not that difficult at all. Checking in was simple; we just entered the code and away we went. There were a few minor issues that we contacted the rental company about and they were rectified the next day without a problem. The kids used the arcade games and movie room with the downstairs indoor pool and outdoor hot tub every day of the week. The adults tended to stay on the main floor in the family room and dining area as well as the main floor hot tub. The '2 of everything' in the kitchen made food preparation and cleaning work well. Other than a few kitchen items (like large pots), we had everything we needed for cooking purposes. And, although the pool table and dart board have seen better days, everyone had a great time using all of the entertainment in the cabin. This is a cabin our family would most definitely rent again if we come back to Tennessee.

This home is just amazing! SOOO much room for all 22 of us. Our group was from 18 months to over 60 yrs. Game room was really fun. Pool is indoors and great for rainy days…smaller than it looks online, but it was still large enough for those who swam. Bring goggles for the little ones because of the chlorine. The movie room is nice and large, a few of the chairs need a bit of maintenance and got stuck open, but I am sure the property manager will have them fixed right away. Property manager was very attentive and responded promptly to our concerns. 2 of the rooms were consistently warmer than the rest of the house and property manager sent an AC tech the next morning to check on the issue. Make sure to bring pool towels as they are not provided, but we used the bathroom towels and just washed them… pool towels on the property would have been nice. 2 hot tubs were great! The view is just breathtaking with ample rocking chairs outback…it was so nice to sit and watch the sunsets every night. We saw bears every day right out front of the property but they did not bother us!!- very exciting. No elevator but the main floor is on level 2 so it was fine. My ONLY problem- parking, it is on such a slope that we had to make sure the parking break was on…could not take the toddlers out for walks because strollers were rolling away. There is a ramp up to the front door for strollers/wheelchair (appreciated), but kids had to walk from car to the door bc of the extreme slant. Amazing home!

The house was amazing, Spacious. The views were remarkable. Our reunion consisted of 12 family's from all over the country and there was room for all to gather and socialize as well as go off alone for quiet time. We had 34 family members with us and we all truly enjoyed it. We are already talking about coming back for our next reunion. We had one small issue with the house during our stay but the management staff was amazing, they started working on it instantly and keep me updated on the status of fixing it almost every hour till done. Was truly impressed with their customer service.

Our group of 20 had plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved having the bottom floor with the arcade, pool, and theater room to themselves. We thought the dining area might be too big but we ended up using all of the tables (one with a jigsaw puzzle, one with a board game, one for serving food, and the others for dining). Having 2 of all appliances in the kitchen was great too so we weren't bumping into each other while preparing meals. Highly recommend for big groups. The host was great, too. Very good communication. Be mindful that this cabin is on the side of a mountain, so the parking area can be difficult to navigate. Some of the older adults in our group had a hard time getting to and from the cars.

The cabin for our family reunion had plenty of space for everyone. There were a few minor issues (some appliances and chairs in the theater room were not working), but nothing that provided a major inconvience with our trip. The location of the property was also central to every place we went. We didn't really have to travel much beyond 30-40 mins for any excursions...so that was convienent. The only challenge to note was that the cabin is positioned on a steep hill. There was plenty of space for parking, but the parking surface was not flat which provided challenges when transfering our son w/ special needs from the car to the cabin. We couldn't see that incline from the photos...but we only had to deal with that when we were coming and going from the cabin.

My family of almost 30 people, ranging from a one year old infant to 80 year old great-grandparents, gathered here for a 3-day reunion weekend, and it was everything we needed and hoped for. It looked just like the photos. Everything was clean, and the view from every window was lovely. For my family's own peace of mind, we conducted a "fire drill" in the house before going to bed the first night we were there, and it was great to discover all the external exits and staircases from the outside of the different levels, just in case. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Any criticisms are ones to be expected in a rental -- It wasn't super sound-proofed, so when some people went to bed early and others stayed up late, noise of footsteps overhead/on the stairs and voices could be heard pretty easily. Light sleepers will be best on the top floor. And for instance, the kitchen utensils were adequate if not top-notch (but again, expected in a rental -- bring your own if you need something specific). Really, we had a wonderful time, and I am only mentioning these things to try to paint a realistic picture. We loved it and none of these minor drawbacks would prevent us from renting the house again. A beautiful and memorable weekend, worth the investment!

Our family met to celebrate my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. This place was perfect for us. Everything was clean and fresh. Plenty of rooms and activities for all ages (6 mo - 90). The cabin was great! Everything was beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the very large spaces throughout the home is sufficient & spacious for large families. The heated pool, arcade room & theater was awesome we all enjoyed it! Overall I would recommend this place for a family vacation cabin.

The house is absolutely gorgeous...had a struggle getting the code to work to unlock door for a few hours,but other then that we had a amazing time.

This cabin is truly wonderful, spacious, clean, and welcoming. Constructed in 2019, this cabin still has the "NEW' smell in it. This cabin was more than enough space for 12 adults and 7 kids. Big living room, huge dining room, big kitchen, 2 hot tubs, heated pool, and did I mention the best view in the resort. We had our family reunion at the cabin 28 SEP - 2 OCT and it was spectacular. There was even a bear sighting near the cabin so keep those trash bins locked. 5 stars ***** . Thanks Coastal Vibes. Keep up the great hosting.

Great stay! We traveled with multiple families, and we all had enough room to have our own time and it was easy to come together with out it being too big of a hike up and down stairs! Perfect for the kids, we had a group with ages ranging 4mnths old to a 15yr old teenager and everyone was good!!! Highly recommended!

This property was perfect! Plenty of space for multiple families. So many amenities that we barely left the cabin. The main street Parkland is just a 15 min drive if we wanted to take in some sights and sounds. The views are breathtaking and unobstructed. Loved it
