Took my whole family and we loved it. The only minor comments were not enough silver ware and needs some small tables on the deck by the rocking chairs. But would definitely stay here again.

Our family had an incredible stay! With the variety of rooms/floors/activities, we never felt like we were on top of each other and were able to be together when we wanted to and separate when we needed the space. The kitchen had all the essentials, including children's dishes, which was helpful for our younger crew. My husband accidentally broke some toes on this trip, so having the elevator proved incredibly helpful! The view from the decks was so beautiful and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation with members ranging from 7 months to 70. Everyone loved the house and all of the amenities. Check in process was simple and any questions were promptly answered. The property was what we were looking for and we were not surprised by anything in the house not being inline with the description. The property management responded quickly via text with any questions that we may have had. For example, there was one issue with a fire pit not working. It was obvious when I looked at it that a prior renter damaged the internals in a way that was not to obvious. When it was brought up, a new fire pit was brought to the property within a day. I would recommend staying at this property.

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. It has things for all ages to enjoy and a lot of comfortable seating. The pool and theater were a huge hit with the kids and teens, and the back porch with the Adirondack chairs along with the hot tub was the favorite amongst the adults. The house is lovely with wonderful amenities. The kids loved the games, theater room, and indoor pool. These came in handy for the one day that was rainy. There is a ramp that is in the front closet that you can set up for the couple of steps you have at the front door. Just a fyi if you have someone with bad knees don't have them sit on the couch. It is a comfortable couch but low to the geound so harder for that person to get up without assistance. We would love to stay at this house again in the future.

We had a Large group- ages ranging from 5-63. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids loved the pool room and the adults loved the hot tub just as much. The arcade games were a hit and the theater room was comfy cozy! There were enough bathrooms in the house that no one was waiting in line. And dishes galore! The huge island made Mel prepping and eating together a breeze there was room for all Of us to sit and enjoy a meal together. I can not say enough great things about this house! I can't leave out the elevator either! This was an amazing feature especially for moving luggage up and down levels. No lugging up the stairs! BOOK this house!!! YOU WONT BE DISSAPPONTED!

We had a group of 4 families, covering elementary school children to grandparents. This house was great. There were lots of common areas for us to spread out and even an elevator to help those that needed it to get between the floors faster. One downside, that I didn’t realize prior to arriving is that the movie room and pool are in an adjacent building. Still part of the property and private to the renter, but you have to go outside to access them. We also had a problem with ladybugs in the house. Idk if it was the time of year, weather or what, but we didn’t want the house sprayed or treated while we were there so there wasn’t much that could be done, although the owners were kind enough to have someone come vacuum them up for us after a couple days. The location was great, just be prepared for steep roads and a 20-25m drive to about anywhere in Seiverville/Pigeon Forge due to the mountain location….but the views are worth it!

The advertisement pictures were an understatement to what the home actually provided in person. The layout, amenities, cleanliness, and modern kitchen (our favorite) were all top notch. There was something enjoyable for everyone across all age ranges. Our objective for this trip was to create lifetime memories and bond more as a family. This property and the management staff enabled us to exceed our expectations. We chose to stay here due to the proximity to our wedding venue (The Trillium) and it was absolutely beautiful! The house was incredible and had more than enough space for our bridal party. The area is beautiful, the scenery from the back deck is gorgeous, and the house itself is chock full of amenities and fun things to do. The main area is extremely spacious and well appointed, the furniture and appliances are all in great shape, and the bedrooms are beautiful and huge. Almost everywhere you look there are cool things to do, from video games to TVs to the movie room in the garage area. The indoor pool was a huge treat for the kids as well, and was a beautiful place to spend time. The kids room with bunk beds was also large and spacious, the bunk beds were brand new and in great shape, and the kids had a great time. Overall this was a wonderful stay, exactly as advertised. I have not been to a rental with as many unique things to do as this one had - we were very happy and would recommend it highly.

WHAT A VIEW. Every morning me and my group couldn’t wait to get outside and sip our coffee on the back balconies. Fantastic theater room where we watched some movies comfortably! Not to mention ton we had a tournament on their mortal Kombat 2 arcade cabinet!!! Our hosts were fantastic, even brought us an extra propane tank which came in handy.
I recommend this place 100 percent!

This was the perfect location for our annual family vacation! There was a total of 13 (my husband and myself, our 3 sons and their wives, and 6 grands - ages 4 months to 9). Great location to travel to Dollywood (both parks) and Gatlinburg. The accommodations were everything we could have hoped for and more. Plenty of space for everyone; whether just sitting and enjoying the mountainside views, or playing games, or family movie time in the movie room, or swimming in the inside pool, or enjoying the hot tub. Plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy meals together or just snacking. We had originally reserved another location. Water damage occurred at our previous reservation, and we had to quickly reserve something else a week before our vacation week. This location was definitely an upgrade! Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a family getaway. Plenty of things to do even if you never left this cabin!

We came a group of adults children(16 year olds to 3 year olds) and infants and the home really accommodated all of us greatly. The room layouts were perfect. Kitchen could use new cookware. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay in this home. It had many activities to do within the home and was in close proximity to so many outdoor activities. Very easy to get too. Overall the home was clean, under beds/couches was a bit dirty and some of the bed sheets had hair. Thank you for a wonder stay.

The home was beautiful, spacious and clean. Has everything you need. Swimming pool, hot tub, theater room with 2 wine fridges and a popcorn machine, plenty of arcade games, pool table, foosball and shuffle board. Also an elevator. Could've asked for a better place. Also our first time renting through Mountain Vibe Vacations. The whole process from start to finish was easy. They also respond very quickly if you have any questions. This house was amazing for our family Christmas weekend. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and theater/game room so much and it accommodated our group of 10 wonderfully. We loved this area as the neighborhood is beautiful and it is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Great place and the management was very responsive and friendly!

Loved our stay! We had a few issues upon arrival (just some dim light bulbs) that were fixed immediately. The home is gorgeous and the views are unmatched! We loved the pool and the movie theatre and my two littles LOVED their bunk beds and the game table in their room.
I would suggest having an adequate amount of silverware settings (there weren’t enough for our entire group), and there were also tons of extra pillows, but no pillow cases.
Id suggest if you’re staying during the colder months, bring extra groceries, paper towels and toilet paper with; the weather cooled off and we had to venture to the store in bad weather and slid A LOT on the steep mountain roads which ultimately lead us to make the tough decision to leave early. That’s no reflection on the home, just a little heads-up.
It was a wonderful stay- also, they are STOCKED for children. They have sound machines in most of the bedrooms as well as pack n plays, a high chair and a booster seat. That was a huge plus.

Stayed in Tennessee because of a sporting event. Intended to host my parents and in-laws as well. Space was very well appointed and served our family well. My daughter is in a wheelchair; so elevator was very important. We enjoyed all of the homes amenities. Would love to return.

We’ve been renting cabins in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area for 20 years now and this one is our new favorite! We travel with 2 disabled people…Mom uses a walker and our daughter is wheelchair bound. We found this cabin very functional for both of them…with the minor exception of the pool and theater having a few steps. Cabin has a suitcase ramp that can be used to allow easier access into front door. Rental was very clean, beds/furniture were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, all the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Although we are all adults, we loved the game table in the bunk room. We will DEFINITELY book this place again!

Very clean and very large property that ticks all the boxes. Lots of different things to do, along with a nicely equipped kitchen. The chewy ice makers were a hit as well. Only oddity is that you must walk out the front door to reach the movie theater space. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic overall with just a few small nuances. Check-in was a very easy process. We arrived 15 minutes early to the 4pm check-in time and sat in our car waiting to check in because we didn’t want to set off any alarms. At 5:30, we received an email that we could have checked in at 2pm. Little annoying, but overall not a big deal. Secondly, while the house had plenty of towels for all members of our group, there was no where to hang up towels to dry after use. There was maybe two towel racks in the whole mansion. Seemed like a really odd place to cut costs with how elaborate the whole house was. Towel hooks would be an appreciated addition. We were a little disappointed that the backyard was not accessible, but the home had plenty amenities. Lastly, the upstairs flooded during a huge storm. Thankfully, David was very responsive and maintenance was out to us within an hour. Overall, it was a great stay; my family is already discussing a return trip!

Top notch, no detail left out when they put this home together . You don't even need to leave the cabin if you don't want to. The pool is amazing, the hot tub and porch are even more amazing . There is SO MUCH to do here! The movie theatre is literally the coolest addition of all! We spent a lot of time in there!! We were blown away at the sound system! The kitchen is stocked x2, with anything and everything you would ever need… on top of having top of the line appliances! I can't say enough about this place! 12/10!! We can't wait to go back!

The view is lovely at the top though! It was peaceful and plenty of space. Clean and comfortable beds and couches. Our group loved coffee on the porch and the extra treat of watching a movie with popcorn in the media room. David was proactive and helpful when an issue arose on their end before the trip.

We rented this to take my entire family to celebrate my birthday. Let me tell you, it was perfection! Our original home rental had to be changed due to circumstances out of their control. They moved us RIGHT next door. We thought it was a back up plan, but it ended up being perfect! Everything was spotless, plenty of towels, the pool was like bathwater! The house had plenty for us to do if we never wanted to leave and just relax all week. The neighborhood was very high end and we had zero disturbance. There was a house under construction right outside the primary bedroom (next door) and they NEVER started before 9am all week. We cant wait to rent this house again and will gladly work with this company over and over. We had one concern and they sent someone out to address it on a Sunday morning! Smooth sailing after that. 100% feel safe using mountain vibe properties.
