Beautiful property that was perfect to accommodate six siblings with spouses along with our mother to celebrate her 95th birthday! The space was perfect for all to have private rooms and also to gather together. The spacious and well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare and enjoy meals together, and the game / party room in the guest house was amazing too! With the elevators in both houses Mom was able to enjoy the upper levels too, including the movie room. The views of the surrounding area are truly amazing, and the multiple deck areas, fire pit and gathering spaces were pristine and enjoyed by all. Can’t wait to return!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST cabin my family has ever stayed in! If I could give this cabin 10 stars I would. We have stayed in many cabins and Majestic Paradise has the best views. Huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and comes stocked with everything and anything you need. There's no need to bring anything from home, it has everything! We had 5 families with us and never felt crowded. Between the 2 cabins there was plenty of room. Our favorite was the pickle ball court area. The kids had such a big area to play as we relaxed by the fire pit each night. Oh and a plus is that they come to get your garbage 3 days a week which makes it so nice because with that many people you need it. I recommend this cabin to everyone. We are definitely booking again next year!

Majestic Paradise is exactly as is says in the name. Our group had plenty of space for everyone. The pickleball court and patio was the most used feature and there is ample space for all to enjoy being around each other. All of the guest rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The view off all of the decks was amazing and you can see for miles! Even coming up to the homes was great with wide roads that make you feel safe traveling them. We will definitely come back in the future and we hope this place is available or we might move dates to make sure we stay here again.

We had views of the local wildlife multiple times during our trip. DEFINITELY use the theater for a movie night you will not regret it. 15/10 property.

Our large family had a wonderful time at this beautiful house and guest house. Everything was perfectly clean and the fully equipped kitchen was a dream. The setting was breathtaking. The place was beautiful. There were 14 of us that stayed and there was a combinations for all ages. The kids and their spouses enjoyed it so much. They said it was actually one of the best vacations that we’ve had. The landowner was extremely nice. They communicated well with us. This is my second year staying at this location as I love the house and the layout. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, deluxe kitchen, indoor pool, hot tub, bar and game room and all the exterior gaming and activities available as you do not have to leave the mountain to have a great time. The house is always very clean and any issue you may have the representative is always a text away and same day response correct any issues. I have my car club come once a year to celebrate my birthday and fellowship with family and friends.

If you have a large family this is an excellent place to stay. Great location, panoramic views, house is well equipped, so many things to do on the property for all ages, conveniently located to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Host were very responsive when we had questions or needed assistance.
Overall it was an excellent place for my family of 22 to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and enjoyed by all. A perfect place for a perfect and enjoyable vacation!

Majestic Paradise was perfect to gather for my 40th birthday! There was plenty of space for seven couples. All bedrooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms! The Pickleball court was awesome. We used the indoor pool and the hot tub a ton! We loved the diner game room! We even through ourselves a GREASE themed party! The views were breathtaking! Would love to return again!

We have a crew of friends that have been getting together one weekend a year for over 20 years. Every year, the goal is to top the previous year's property. I honestly don't know how we top this. Everything about the property was top notch. If you spend enough time in rental properties, it becomes pretty easy to find all of the places that builders cut corners. That was not the case with Majestic Paradise. The furniture was top of the line. The appliances were top of the line. Everything worked! You know how rare that is!? Not only did the place have multiple ice makers. But they all worked! The beds were comfortable. The pool was great. The outdoor fire pit was a huge hit. Everybody commented on how comfortable the beds were. And that view! My goodness...the view! I think the only way we top this is to come back next year, for more nights. This property is on another level from most others.

Majestic Paradise was beautiful, private, clean, and perfect for our large group of 23 people.
The views were absolutely stunning. There were plenty of fun and relaxing things to do at the house.
No need to leave for entertainment.
The home was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked for making meals. There were plenty of nice dishes and silverware for serving many people.
The only things I’d suggest is it would be great if they could supply bonfire pokers for s’mores and hotdogs.
Also, maybe a few extra blankets for chilly nights around the fire would have been cozy and nice. Those are the only things that would have added to our experience.
Otherwise it was perfectly stocked with everything.
Our entire group loved every moment and we hope to return.
Nobody wanted to leave this beautiful and majestic place.
Oh, and we appreciated that they contacted us the day of check-in to let us know that we could check in 2 hours early which was wonderful.

Our family vacation of 16 had more than enough room at this amazing airbnb! The inside of both homes are stunning and the views of the Smokies - even more so! We loved the green space for the kids and the pickleball court was used multiple times a day, all while enjoying the beautiful views. Kids loved the games and pool table and swimming pool. They have all asked to stay there again!

I must say if I didn't review this vacation I would be doing a disservice to the hosts. What an outstanding time we had at Majestic Paradise! We were impressed the minute we walked in the door. The vast kitchen with beautiful mountain views had everything needed with every utensil and appliance you could want for a big family. What an outstanding coffee station just on its own. And wow, so many large and small refrigerators and ice machines abound for constant cold drinks. The movie room made you feel like you were actually at the movies. The pickle ball court was in use everyday for hours by the adults and teenage grandkids and the indoor pool was a blessing during our 90 degree week. One of the top highlights was the bar and game room where we spent many a night playing games, listening to music and enjoying cold beers. Hey though, you have to stock some beer glasses for us beer drinkers! What a great time with so much to do in Sevierville. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!!

My family of 24 just stayed here for a week. It was supposed to be a family of 25 until our dad died unexpectedly 3 weeks ago. We decided to still take the trip and all just be together while our hearts try to heal. These houses are beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Gorgeous home in a beautiful setting - the views are absolutely amazing and the neighborhood is lovely. House was spotless with beautiful accommodations. Great for a big group. This is the most amazing house! It looks exactly like the pictures and has wonderful amenities and activities. You do not need to leave the house to have fun as everything you need is already there. My family and I have stayed in many Airbnb and this by far is the absolute best! Where do I start, the location was perfect, road was a safe easy drive. The property was immaculate and had everything you could think you would need and more. The house can accommodate many guests and the second house was a bonus and both houses were uniquely laid out. The views of the mountains were absolutely beautiful and the views at night as well. David's instructions were very clear and much appreciated. My family and I visit Tennessee a couple of times a year and would definitely book this property again. 10/10!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked. There wasn't anything missing from kitchen utensils to small appliances and there was more than one of everything. The multiple refrigerators, grills and ice makers were extremely helpful. The bedrooms were nice and all bathrooms were clean and beautiful. The guesthouse was well appointed with a kitchen, bar and gaming tables . The view is absolutely spectacular. Whoever came up with the design of this house did an amazing job. This property is by far one of the best homes I've ever had the pleasure of renting. I'm glad that they are giving the public the opportunity to enjoy this property.

This is my favorite cabin we've ever rented in pigeon forge. The property is beautiful and secluded. You're at the top of the mountain all alone with no neighbors, just bears! There is plenty of parking space and fun activities on the property. Everything was so clean and nice, they have every appliance and kitchen gadgets imaginable to be able to house large family gatherings. The bears were the best part! They were right in the yard every day, one even climbed in and out of someone's car because they didn't roll their windows up. It was a truly magical experience. The view of the smokies from the back porch every morning was spectacular. The true epitome of a perfect smoky mountains stay!

Yes yes yes! 10/10 I would recommend this stay to everyone I know. The home (interior and exterior) were even better in person. Communication and checkin was SO easy. The hosts gave us so much information on the home we felt so prepared. If you are looking for fantastic views this is your place. We literally used everything in every corner of both homes. Hottub/pool/pickleball/firepit/playground/kitchens/movie room/game room. Everything was perfect. When all our guest arrived, they were in shock, and they couldn’t believe they were staying here for the weekend. When our guest left, they were sad to leave and couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. We had catering at the house and Kroger delivery for groceries.  You’re able to drive 15 minutes into town to pick up anything you need. The kitchen has every single thing you can think of plus more. You will be soooo happy you booked it!

This was one of the most beautiful VRBO's we have stayed at. The couple of minor issues that came up with being a new home were immediately addressed! It was fully equipped and the house was amazing. It was fun for all ages in our group, from the pickle ball court, cornhole game, and multiple games in the guest house. Most used was the fire pit!!!! The views are spectacular and sunrises breathtaking! We would go back in a heartbeat!!!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the home. The views are amazing and the pristine property overall checks every box for amenities you may want. The negatives - gas fireplaces are featured in the listing photos but disabled for the season even though temps were in the 40s for our stay. Also, the management company warns of extra cleaning fees that may be incurred if some cleaning items aren’t completed prior to check out- we thought this excessive since we were charged $777 for cleaning at booking.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked. There wasn't anything missing from kitchen utensils to small appliances and there was more than one of everything. The multiple refrigerators, grills and ice makers were extremely helpful. The bedrooms were nice and all bathrooms were clean and beautiful. The guesthouse was well appointed with a kitchen, bar and gaming tables . The view is absolutely spectacular. Whoever came up with the design of this house did an amazing job. This property is by far one of the best homes I've ever had the pleasure of renting. I'm glad that they are giving the public the opportunity to enjoy this property.

My family and I have stayed in many Airbnb and this by far is the absolute best! Where do I start, the location was perfect, road was a safe easy drive. The property was immaculate and had everything you could think you would need and more. The house can accommodate many guests and the second house was a bonus and both houses were uniquely laid out. The views of the mountains were absolutely beautiful and the views at night as well.
David's instructions were very clear and much appreciated. My family and I visit Tennessee a couple of times a year and would definitely book this property again. 10/10!
