10 Stars if I Could!Our stay at Living Water was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we booked, the owners and their phenomenal team went above and beyond. We arrived shortly after an ice storm, and they were proactive, communicative, and incredibly helpful, keeping us fully updated on weather conditions and travel in and out. That level of care alone set the tone for the whole stay.The cabin itself is stunning. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and impeccably well-appointed with high-end amenities throughout. Every detail feels thoughtful and intentional. The indoor heated pool, custom water wall, and hot tub were absolute highlights, and the game room was perfect for our group. This place truly delivers luxury without sacrificing comfort.The staff is beyond amazing—super knowledgeable, super helpful, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The owners are wonderful, and it shows in both the property and the experience.Located in the gorgeous Watersong community, Living Water is a true mountain-modern retreat and easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Amazing property. We take a family trip for Christmas each year and this beast housed us all!! So much to do that you really dont need to leave. Tons of areas to hang out as a group and tons of places to go if you just need a second by yourself. We all had an amazing time and we ranged from infant to retirement!!

This cabin was spectacular. We had 6 kids 10 years old and younger and they absolutely loved it. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and adults and kept the little ones busy all day long. Perfect amenity to wear them out and getting them to bed early so the adults could relax and have ample down time. The cabin was just like the pictures and extremely accommodating to a large group. It was squeaky clean and they even had Christmas trees up to complete the vibe. I would 10/10 recommend staying here if you can and my family and I will definitely be visiting again.

The Living Water cabin was fabulous.
Best place we've ever stayed, our family of 10 had plenty of spaces to relax and no- one was cramped. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked. Bathrooms sparkling clean, and beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the games, pool and fire areas. Nice walking trails, enjoyed both towns and beautiful time of yr to see fall colors. I would highly recommend.

It was extremely refreshing to have more than enough glasses and coffee mugs for the number of people the house could support so we were not constantly washing dishes. This property was conveniently located on a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot say enough great things about the house and property managers. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Living Water. We had 4 families with kids and it was the perfect set up. Everyone had their own space— all the bedrooms were far enough away from each other for privacy with the common rooms in the center of the house. Never felt on top of each other. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the fire pit was used quite often. Definitely a great place to be in the winter with the amount of fireplaces in each of the common areas. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The home was clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and everyone felt like they had enough space (we were a party of 8). My only note of discontent is that you have to make any changes to your reservation 60 days before check-in. This is a bit excessive since plans change and things come up. I tried to make the adjustment way before our check in date since I had a work situation come up but not even a partial refund was available. I get that host's have different rules but it would've been great customer service to offer something since we weren't utilizing the home the final night of our reservation. Other than this financial inconvenience, the property and our stay were great!

What a gem this place is! Even though we stayed during a snowy week in GA that caused a few local things to be closed, we had plenty to do indoors with the pool, hot tub, pool table, etc.
We ended up driving to Blue Ridge to find local activities but the home was just amazing!

The home was beautiful. Definitely enjoyed all the fireplaces and fire pit. It was very clean and well organized. The only issue we had was that when you got the directions from the AirBnB app it took you to the wrong house. Spoke with someone at the rental management company and they gave me the correct address. From that point on the stay was great! The home is well furnished and beautifully decorated.

The only thing that could have made our visit better would have been if the house came with a butler. Haha! But seriously, the pool was so much fun! The hot tub was very soothing and relaxing.the pool table brought back memories of when we were kids. Everything was clean, the beds were so comfy and the stars at night! I mean WOW! Perfect for large families or lots of friends! Everything you need is there, we didn’t leave much. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils etc. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Nice and secluded. Beautiful home! We enjoyed all of it from the pool and hot tub to just lounging and watching a movie on the back deck or playing games. Beds are super comfy! Was able to make s’mores outside in the firepit too. Everything is there for you but if it’s not the stores are not too far!

The beautiful, new home had ample space for our family of five to all be in the kitchen or game room, or to have our own space inside or outside. There were five outdoor spaces complete with sofas, chairs, and porch swings. My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed playing chess while sitting in the rocking chairs. We had smores by the fire pit using the logs provided, after having a swim in the indoor pool. We played a lot of cards, I lost a lot of pool and we put together the 1,000 piece puzzle provided.
The house was clean, and the host was very responsive to questions we had. When coming, it is easier to find during the day than at night. We came in on a night that is rainy and foggy. But the lights were on and the place was ready for us.
Ellijay is a very nice town, with a wonderful downtown area with shops and restaurants. There are more national chains out on the main highway, along with other local restaurants. TN, NC, and SC are all a short distance for short trips.

Fantastic experience staying in this Airbnb! 10/10 recommend. I would love to stay here again.
I don’t feel like the pictures did justice for how beautiful this place was. We ended up wanting to stay in the house most of the time because it had everything we needed and wanted.
There was a power outage overnight which did create some interesting memories for cooking breakfast, but these things happen and we didn’t mind too much.

Awesome cabin! We have stayed in a lot of cabins and beach houses and condos and everything in between, and this ranks up there as one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It was a great layout for a multi-generational family stay over the New Year's holiday weekend. Loved the waterfall outside. We utilized everything - the hot tub, the fire pit, the pool, the pool table, etc. Kitchen was equipped nicely. Beds were comfy. Very secluded and in a natural setting - there is one other cabin on the other side of the cul-de-sac but you can't really see it from any of the windows, especially the big wall of windows - just beautiful mature trees and woods. Thankful we were able to experience this.

Awesome cabin! We have stayed in a lot of cabins and beach houses and condos and everything in between, and this ranks up there as one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It was spacious, so well designed and decorated, and had all you needed in the kitchen to prepare a beautiful Thanksgiving feast. It is a beautiful home and community. Lots of perks - waterfall feature with outdoor firepit by the hottub - the indoor pool was spectacular. Just a stunning home and the host were great.

We had a wonderful trip to Living Water in mid-October. There were 5 couples that visited this beautiful home in the mountains. The spaciousness of the house was perfect for all couples to spread out but cozy for togetherness around the fire places, fire pit, hot tub, and dining table. The indoor pool was an added bonus for exercise by several of us. We will return in 2024.

Home is in great shape and the host was always quick to respond and help with any issues. The location is beautiful and all the homes are arranged to give the most privacy. We were there during a cold front and the multiple fireplaces were very cozy. After this trip we have started talking to our family to see if they would like to join us on a trip in the future.

The home was gorgeous and definitely had plenty of room for our group. Lots of things not too far away to go out and do. The only thing was that the trash had not been taken care of outside, but once I called, they quickly took care of it the next day. The property was gorgeous.

Beautiful home with everything you could need. The bedrooms were all incredible and perfectly decorated. The entire home was spotless and cozy. Plenty of extra blankets, dishes, and towels. The covered patios were comfortable and great space for hanging out with family.

Beautiful home with lots of space to hang out and enjoy a meal. Outdoor space was lovely. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. Rooms were spacious.
Had small issues like door code not working but David responded immediately. Great place for a friend or family gathering.
