We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The accommodations were comfortable and well-suited for a couple’s getaway, and it was the perfect peaceful setting for a birthday celebration. The home worked great for our group of four couples—everyone was thoroughly satisfied. When a minor issue came up, the cleaning staff responded quickly, and the hosts were responsive, flexible, and easy to work with throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

An exceptional property in every sense. Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with high-end cookware and perfectly matched dishware throughout. Service was equally impressive-when a minor issue with the gas fireplace came up, it was handled immediately and professionally, even during the holidays.This home reflects true pride of ownership and top-tier management. Beautiful area. Kids loved the pool table, the fire pit, and the loft in the bedroom off of the kitchen. Creek is cold and more fun for older kids. Management company takes good care of the property. 15 minute drive to Ellijay downtown where all restaurants are. No super close grocery store but Dollar General is right down the road for quick, easy stuff. Only complaint is they need to stock better quality toilet paper and greater supply of paper towels and I told them that. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area. Easy, 90 minute drive to Atlanta airport.

Linger Longer exceeded all of our expectations! The drive to the house was lovely-we spotted deer and turkeys on our way-and it was quite hilly, so take your time and enjoy the drive. The hosue was exceptionally clean, the kitchen well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, the seating areas perfect for games or conversations, and the views from the expansive windows were beyond description. We found ourselves standing at the top railing often enjoying the view while we talked about our plans for the day. It was close to Ellijay (a lovely little square with fun shops and yummy restaurants), the Cartecay River (where we went tubing), and many hiking trails (enjoyed by several in our group). We absolutely loved every miunte we spent at Linger Longer, and we hope to be back soon!

Our family loved the interactive games! Our kids enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, and there was even a driving race car game that the kids loved! The hot tub was so relaxing day and night. The best part is the location and spectacular Mountain Views! The three decks allowed us to enjoy the views while making a family meal, playing pool, from our bed, and from the hot tub! We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was super clean and just like the photos. The location is perfect, tucked away near a quiet creek and far from the noise of the city. The hot tub was a huge plus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Gas grill and fire pit were the icing on the cake. The hosts were great at communicating and made everything really easy. I’d 100% stay here again!

The cabin is beautiful, well thought out and well equipped with everything you need. Lots of room for the entire family to enjoy and not be on top of each other. Our favorite spaces are the outside deck with fire place where the kids enjoyed watching movies after making smores in the fire pit listening to the creek. So much to enjoy, I was pleasantly surprised that the grandchildren can't wait to go back, we will definitely do this cabin again it was an amazing experience for all of us!

We had the most wonderful stay at "Linger Longer"! Sparkling clean, beautifully designed, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms, comfortable beds, cozy fireplaces, plenty of space for everyone to spread out or gather together, it checked all the boxes! The setting is perfection, with a burbling creek, private backyard with creek side Adirondack chairs and a stone firepit. It was just the space we needed to relax, gather with friends, and make new memories!

We had 4 people that all enjoyed their own bedroom and bath. More than enough room for many more people. The stream was wonderful to hear while enjoying the various decks. BBQ is hooked up to a gas line so didn't worry about fuel and we used it a lot. Everything we needed was there, even the knives were sharp. Great location, could just see a neighbor's house when we drove in but not from the house and never heard them. Short drive into town with numerous stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This mountain house is beautiful & family friendly! We stayed to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and brought the entire family. Ages 73 to 9 months. We had a private chef one night and the set up of the house was perfect for this. The back porch overlooking the creek is so serene. The creek is also so clean, my 3.5yo loved playing in it. The location is private and peaceful, and only about 10-15 minutes into downtown ellijay which has lots of restaurants, shops and a few activities for kids (painting, gem mining, etc.) I would come back again!

We have been going on summer 'trips' for years, but this year's stay at Linger Longer seems like it is the first 'vacation' we've taken as a family. We truly turned off the world and just relaxed and delighted in the luxury of Linger Longer and the amazing creek. Linger Longer is an absolutely stunning place. We wished we could stay longer and decided that we would love to make it a yearly trip because of how relaxing and serene it is.
We saw deer right outside, a cute little snake in the creek, and huge beautiful moths.
We planned outings but literally never left this house because we didn't want to miss a second in such a perfect place.

A beautifully maintained property that truly felt like a home away from home. The cabin was immaculately clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was charming and cozy, perfectly capturing the essence of a mountain retreat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all had restful nights, ready to explore the beautiful surroundings each day.
One of the highlights was the stunning view from the deck. We spent countless hours enjoying evening drinks while taking in the breathtaking scenery. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing, with comfortable seating and a grill that we used for some fantastic BBQ dinners.
The location was ideal, secluded enough for peace and quiet, yet conveniently close to downtown Ellijay.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this beautiful house!

Beautiful home with great mixture of modern and rustic. The space was incredible. The amount of cookware, utensils, etc. was far beyond what most rentals offer. We enjoyed our time sitting outside by the fire listening to the rolling creek and watching movies as well. Definitely a place to which we will return!

Beautiful home with great mixture of modern and rustic. The space was incredible. The amount of cookware, utensils, etc. was far beyond what most rentals offer. We enjoyed our time sitting outside by the fire listening to the rolling creek and watching movies as well. Definitely a place to which we will return!

A unique place to disconnect from everyday life. The sound of the stream drowns out any rushed thoughts and the house really helps you settle in. Everything was perfect during our trips, house has pretty much everything you could need. We're already finding an excuse to come back.

Beautiful property with a spectacular setting. We made great family memories sitting by the fire pit and playing games at the dining table. Lots of space for everyone.

We absolutely loved this place . It looked just like the pictures. The sound of the creek was everything….. Only concern was I think the back lower level needs a rail if you have kids because of the drop. A charcoal grill would also be a big plus. I will definitely be back again

I could not be happier with my recent stay at Linger Longer! From the gorgeous stream views, immaculately decorated interior, to the comfortable beds and huge hot tub every last detail was positively perfect! I've already booked my next stay. Side Bonuses were the hiking trails, fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor spaces perfect for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. You won't be disappointed!

Linger Longer is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable NEW home. It is truly exceptional. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans and small appliances… The porches were well furnished, the view of the creek is spectacular. We loved the long live edge dining table…perfect for playing games and puzzles. We cooked hot dogs and s'mores, over a blazing fire in the fire pit, relaxed in the hot tub and played pool. Only 15 minutes from Ellijay. The entire family said, this is the best “cabin” we have ever rented and plan to go come back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This was a beautiful home where we hosted our women's retreat. It is very well kept and nicely decorated. The home is fully stocked with all the items you would need. The layout is spread out and really nice. The outdoor areas are perfect for spreading out and a great time together. Also, the fire pit area and the creak are just so serene and beautiful! I would highly recommend a stay there and can not wait to go again.

We absolutely loved this cabin. Perfectly secluded, yet close enough to town and vineyards. We had a family Thanksgiving and everyone fell in love with this home, its location and all the thoughtful touches. I’ll be looking to book this place again soon as my family didn’t want to leave.

This property was absolutely beautiful. We had an all girls trip with 9, and there was plenty of room. All areas we clean when we arrived. The gameroom and corn hole kept us entertained. As well as the hot tub! We grilled and sat at the fireplace. What more could you ask for. We are definitely coming back!

We had a peaceful & relaxing stay at Linger Longer over the long Memorial Day weekend. The setting right on the creek is amazing. I loved sitting out on the porch and listening to the sounds of the rushing creek while enjoying my morning cup of coffee. Everything in the cabin is brand new and first class! We also enjoyed the quick and easy drive into downtown Ellijay where we enjoyed meals at The Roof, Ellijay Wood-Fired Pizza, The Shack, & Butcher & Bottle... and of course the kids loved the ice cream at Abby's. I also recommend checking out the local wineries in Ellijay as they impressed! Great atmosphere, great wine, live music, and terrific views! My wife has already booked another stay to celebrate a friend's birthday this summer and we also booked another family visit next spring!
