I had an amazing stay this weekend and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everything worked perfectly, which made the stay completely stress-free. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers had great hot water. I had so much fun and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything about this home was perfect - from the simple elegance of the decor/furnishings to the generous supply of quality cookware, appliances, dishes, storage containers and glassware. Also loved the responsiveness of the management staff (Alan and Hunter) who were friendly, professional and determined that our 30-day stay went without a hitch. And the setting was heaven - with beautiful (flowering) trees, long-range mountain views and an incredible tranquility that soothes the soul. My wife and I feel blessed that we were able to call Grandview at Watersong our "home away from home" during our month-long stay. We definitely hope to return soon!

Had a great Fall stay at Grandview. House is in like new condition and has everything you could need. Really enjoyed the deck off of the living room with the fireplace and the coffee bar. Fantastic view off the back. Having an actual back yard, vs a steep drop-off immediately behind the house, was very nice.

We had a wonderful and peaceful weekend at this modern home in the mountains. Our family had plenty of room to spread out when we needed, and when together, enjoyed the spacious layout and kitchen for entertaining. The views were spectacular and the neighborhood is quite peaceful. This is a beautifully designed home. Don’t forget to bring all your own toiletries (body wash and shampoo), games, extra blankets and coffee, as they’re not included. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

My family had the pleasure of staying at Grandview and we couldn't have loved it more. The photos don't do the mountain views justice. The beds were so comfortable and the home was super clean! The drive into Downtown Ellijay is easy and close, and the town is so cute. We can't wait to come back and explore more soon.

This is a wonderful property that is close enough to great activities but quiet and relaxing at the end of the day. The home has everything you need to stay with plenty of space for everyone. The property is well maintained and the home is extremely clean. We have stayed at many rental properties and this is the top stay by far. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful home just as described! We had a few deer out back to greet us upon arrival so that was a neat surprise and added to us and our love for being out in this area. We absolutely LOVED the various outdoor spaces esp the TV and fireplace on the one deck. Everyone had plenty of space and we really were able to relax.

Everything was beautiful with just a few things that need fixing. We could not get the oven to work. The power kept going off and on throughout the night, so the generator would come on and the the gas detector kept having to reset which woke everyone up. The fan/light remote controls in all 3 bedrooms would control all 3 fans/lights, so when someone would try to turn off their lights it would turn the other rooms lights or fans on/off. I did not report this while there so they didn’t have opportunity to address but wanted to let them know. Other than that we were very pleased and would rent again.

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, Overlooking the mountains, which had a scenic view.
Very spacious house and beautiful kitchen.
The TV fireplace combinations are just wow.
We really enjoyed this house minus a couple of negatives, which are killers for us, but just a bit of inconvenience.
Starting off with the Wi-Fi it was fixed by the second day, but when we arrived, we had no Wi-Fi for that night up until 9 AM the next morning.  they responded extremely fast and were able to help us resolve the Wi-Fi issue.
For the price of the Airbnb the only thing I would suggest, is that they add some complementary shampoo, conditioners and coffee.
Other than that, I highly recommend such a beautiful house we definitely plan to do it again.

We were in awe of the property and loved the area. Not too remote but had all the charm we would have hoped for. Would have been nice to have some window treatments/shades on the downstairs sliding glass doors and windows. View was spectacular during the daytime but at nights it was a little intimidating, front door as well

Beautiful property with wonderful Mountain View. We enjoyed the fire pit, ping pong and bean bag throw games. Not a big deal, but new ping pong balls and a new paddle could improve the game, lol. Great location and a nice blacktop road to the modern cabin. The landscaping was very nice. On our final morning about 8:00 am, we saw a large black bear cross the road and enter the woods! Kitchen was well equipped just bring your own salt, pepper and sugar if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin is spectacular! Like seriously, breathtaking. A beautiful reserve like yard that is very well kept. A must see/visit! You will not be disappointed! The drive on the main street to the cabin is gorgeous. In my opinion, this cabin offers more than is to be expected. EXTREMELY clean, neat, well organized and decorated. The layout is phenomenal!! Well thought out planning with amenities for entertaining a couple or a family. Views are spectacular from each of the five patios. Patio (1) A jacuzzi off a bedroom, Patio (2) two swings, Patio(3) lounging off a bedroom, Patio (4) (Center) fire pit with lounging, Patio (5) Grill, TV, lounging and a fireplace. You can sleep in a different room each night you’re there and have a different experience. Two nights is not enough to enjoy this beautiful cabin home to the fullest of what it has to offer. This cabin is somewhere to definitely get lost and relax. This will be my home away from home. David is an awesome host! Thank you David!!

Grandview Watersong is an accurate description of what you experience right when you walk through the door. There are huge picture windows giving you a grand view of a gorgeous mountain. We immediately fell in love with the peaceful vibe of this house. There wasn’t one thing the house was missing, with plenty of room for guests to spread out. The area provided our family with many activities which included: golf, horse back riding, white water rafting, and zip line. We enjoyed the quaint restaurants downtown, grilling out and making s’mores from the fire pit. I give this place a 10 out of 10, and can’t wait to book again !

David’s place was amazing! Looked just like the pictures and the place was extremely clean. David provided everything we could possibly need during our stay. We didn’t have any issues and only had to message David to let him know we got checked in ok, GPS navigated us right to the address with no issues, WiFi was great and everything was peaceful, besides having rainy weather everything by else was amazing, definitely will be booking with David again in the future, thank you David for having us!

Beautiful home and spectacular view! David’s place was the perfect house for our girls weekend. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with the fire going and taking in the beautiful view. Everything was exactly as described and we felt right at home. The location is also super convenient to both Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Tons of things to do close by, or stay in and enjoy the house and the quiet setting. We definitely did a lot of both! You can’t go wrong picking this house, and we hope to make a return visit someday!

This is a beautiful home in a very peaceful setting. The photos are accurate. David was a very responsive host. The bed was very comfortable. Linens were high quality. The shower pressure was perfect with plenty of hot water. The house was spotless. It’s not far from downtown Ellijay. You will not be disappointed if you are seeking a high end home in a mountain setting.

Literally only have 1 bad thing to say and it really has nothing to do with the bnb itself. The location was really hard to get to or explain to ppl when they get lost. Other than that everything was great. Any issue that came up it was solved immediately. Would do again.

We just love the house!!! Very elegant, gorgeous, clean and absolutely beautiful. Very homey… the Christmas tree completed the feel for the holiday season. All furnitures, interior designs are just wonderful. I am very happy and contented with our family’s choice to stay on this house for our weekend getaway trip. Worth what I paid for and the Host, David communicates fast and helpful for whatever concerns we had. I will strongly recommend this house with an excellent review. It was an enjoyable and memorable trip for our family indeed.

The house is in a beautiful location and extremely well equipped! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook our meals. We had 3 couples in our group and loved playing ping pong and cornhole, plus sitting in the hot tub. 3 in our group went ziplining in Blue Ridge and had a blast. Hiked at Amicalola Park and shopped in downtown Ellijay. Everything in the house was high quality and we couldn't have had a nicer stay.

Spectacular experience all around. Beginning with the detailed information provided before arrival to the home itself. This was one of the most comfortable “cabin experiences” ever. We were lucky enough to visit the property mid June. The home was just recently finished and still had that new home scent. The home was very clean which is critical for us. David and his team have thought of everything. The home is beautifully decorated with every detail in mind covered. The serenity of the backyard and lush green surroundings was just what we needed. We are forever spoiled with our annual mountain cabin experience. The contemporary architecture and large windows allowing beautiful natural light throughout the day is unmatched. Easy and safe drive in through the still unpaved road only within this new community. We even got to see two small deer which was a kick for our two young city kids. There is ongoing construction of the surrounding homes beginning at 8:00am which is out of the owners control but not bad enough to be heard from inside. We hope to be back again for a longer stay and make more fantastic memories.
