The heart of Grand Mountain Splash is the heated indoor pool, open year-round regardless of weather. A comfortable lounge area and TV round out the space, making it a gathering spot as much as a swim spot. Rain, cold, or shine — the pool is always on.

When the weather cooperates — June through November — the outdoor deck picks up where the indoor pool leaves off. A luxury swim spa with lazy river setting, LED light show, and lap swimming features. Tucked off the lower level, the theater room features reclining leather seats, full stadium seating, a 120-inch screen, HD smart projector, surround sound, and Xbox. This is a proper cinematic experience — not just a big TV in a bedroom.
THE ARCADE LOFT
The top floor loft is where the competitive energy lives. Racing simulators with force feedback steering wheels and surround sound. Alien Extermination arcade. Big Buck Hunter HD with a 50-inch screen. Two-player multicade with Pac-Man and the classics. Foosball. A queen futon to crash on when the games wind down. Soaring ceilings and big mountain-facing windows make it one of the best rooms in the house.
