Gathering at The Summit

This home is spectacular! The management team, especially Brian, was so easy to work with, My grandkids loved the pool & video games & air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms were a real plus. The beds were super comfortable. This home is even better than the pictures. Don't hesitate to book it. We would go back in a heartbeat!💗

We spent a relaxing week at this property with our extended family (6 adults and 4 children). Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the cooking supplies that we needed. The beds were comfortable with each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. The management company communicated clearly from booking to checkout and provided a great welcome guide with all the property information and information regarding the surrounding area. This property was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Everyone loved the indoor pool and hot tub on the back deck with wonderful views of the mountains. The property looked exactly like the pictures online. It was even better in person! We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Very clean. Actually has two bedrooms on the main floor. Nice to have a bathroom in every room. All amenities in the kitchen. You cannot beat sunrise or sunset in the Smoky Mountains. Back deck was a lot of fun. Beautiful time of the year to be there. Fantastic weather. The fire pit was used every evening. The game area upstairs with air hockey was so much fun for the whole family. So much to do in this area of Sevierville, pigeon, Forge, and Gatlinburg. Would love to stay at this home again.

Our vacation in this beautiful Smoky Mountain home was wonderful. The home is absolutely amazing, between the beautiful mountains views, the heated pool, the hot tub, and the beautiful house itself, we couldn't have hoped for more. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious. It's very peaceful and secluded where the home is located but it's a short drive to just about attraction or store you want to go to in the area. It's a spectacular property, I would absolutely stay there again, it exceeded our expectations. I'd rate this home five stars plus. One last note, the few times I had to contact the hosts I received an almost immediate response. You won't be sorry if you choose to stay here.

This place had everything we were looking for. Incredible view! The deck overlooking the mountains was breathtaking and we enjoyed our coffees while listening to all the birds. Lots of great conversation while on the rocking chairs. It is definitely built for comfort. The pool was perfect temperature and even had a tv in there. Everyone had their own room and space. The main area and kitchen is open and we felt connected but not on top of each other. The patio with the fireplace and grill also had an incredible view. The house is totally new and clean. Nice large, gas stove. Could not have picked a more perfect property for our family vacation!

We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO rentals and none have been better than this one. The house is perfect for up to 12 of all ages! We had 11 family members ranging in ages from 7 to 88. The kids loved the pool, and we all loved the accommodations and spectacular view of the mountains! The location is private but close to all of the activities in the Pidgeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The owner was extremely responsive in answering questions, and the management company is as good as we’ve ever worked with. Any group of travelers considering a trip to the Smokey Mountains should, without question, gather at the Gathering at The Summit!

This house was even better than the photos, which is rare from what I've experienced with Airbnb. Location was close to everything in PF and the indoor pool was perfect for letting the kids be kids and get loud without disturbing the neighbors. When we arrived we spotted a bear in the backyard so be on the lookout for bears!

Everyone in our group ranging in age from 72 to 4 years old had an amazing time. We all had plenty of space but also had areas we could be together as a group to eat and hang out. The pool and the hot tub were so relaxing. The view was more than I could ever imagine. All of us hated leaving and if in the area, we would stay here again.

Everyone in our group ranging in age from 72 to 4 years old had an amazing time. We all had plenty of space but also had areas we could be together as a group to eat and hang out. The pool and the hot tub were so relaxing. The view was more than I could ever imagine. All of us hated leaving and if in the area, we would stay here again.

My family, 7 of us from 3 households, just returned from a week's stay at this home. It was absolutely wonderful. The house is awesome with a great layout that gave each of us enough space to relax. The floorplan worked well for us. The beds were all really comfortable. The views are awesome. We felt like we were on the top of our very own mountain! Very private. The pool and hot tub were great. We had small children with us and the pool was great with a wide ledge for them to play on. The location is very close to Pigeon Forge, only about a 10-15 minute drive. The picture are very accurate of the space. We are all very happy that we chose this home to vacation in.

Everything about this house is perfect. The views are incredible and it has everything you would need for a great vacation. There was 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and it never felt crowded. My group really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub the most. The neighborhood is also very nice and it's only about 15 minutes away from everything in Pigeon Forge. I would recommend this place for any group and I already want to go back

The property was great! Location was amazing - close to Pigeon Forge (you could get to the main strip in under 10 minutes), and the views are better than what the pictures show. Layout of the house was great - the main floor's open floor plan made it easy to hang out and relax, but not be on top of each other. The bedroom setup was very nice - bedrooms are on the ends of the house, giving you space and your own bathroom in each. The pool was great - especially for our 6 month old! Larger than the pictures make it look. We would definitely stay again!

If we have another competition in the area, we will be looking to re-book this place!

We LOVED this house! The moment we walked through the doors we wished we had rented for a longer week. This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge, with a drive a little over 5 hours from the east coast. Finding the house, unpacking, everything was easy. The views were beyond amazing, breathtaking. The house was decorated well, it didn't feel too busy and every room felt luxurious. We had dinner out on the back patio, tried out the hot tub, enjoyed a a daily swim and the quick drive to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. We typically wait until the last minute to book our vacations, but for this house…we were already trying to see next years availability! Beautiful!

We stayed at this luxury mountain home from October 23 - 27, 2023. Describing it it one word would be: WOW !!! We have stayed at many properties over the last 15 years in the Great Smokey Mountains. This property stands out as superior to anywhere we have stayed. This is a new property. It is a true resort. The property is in a nice neighborhood on over 3 acres, ample parking with no neighbors close by. The house had everything including oversized ensuite bedrooms with tiled bathroom. Indoor pool was amazing as well as outside hot tub spa. Air hockey and video games too. We enjoyed grilling on the Weber gas grill and sitting around the spacious fire pit. The home has everything including an over the top equipped kitchen and living area with a beautiful gas fireplace and soaring ceilings. This is the only place we will want to stay on future visits to the Smokey Mountains.

Long weekend getaway for fall break The house was clean and ready when we arrived. It was nice to sit on the porch in the morning and watch the sun rise and sit by the fire pit at night. Great communication with property manager. Would stay here again.

The Gathering exceeded our expectations and is breathtaking!! From the moment we arrived, we felt extremely fortunate to be able to stay at a place as luxurious as this. The driveway and parking is amazing- very flat and wide for plenty of easy parking and able to turn your car around with the turnaround in the driveway. We also took our Electric Vehicle since this has an EV charger and it was very easy to do- just plug it in and charged over 30 miles per hour on the charger. The sunrises look like a postcard and each day is different- absolutely gorgeous! Everything about the home and decor is top notch, especially the pool with the sports courts (baseketball and volleyball). My wife loved cooking on the oversized gas range and the outdoor firepit area is just like a resort. Finally, we enjoyed the private hot tub and the kids loved the bunk beds and the games. We will be back for sure!
