Beautiful home and location! We fully disconnected and relaxed on the outdoor balconies everyday listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls, reading and sitting by the fire. The waterfalls are visible from the beautiful wall of glass windows as soon as you walk into the home! I cannot say enough of the amazing and relaxing stay we had at Falls Watch. We will return!

This place is EPIC. I literally said 'WOOOOOW' when I walked in the door. The pictures don't even do the waterfall justice. It's amazing. We booked this space to do some filming for a course and it was PERFECT. Amazing light, beautiful setting, such clean decor. Comfy beds, and love the everyone got a bathroom. We will definitely book again!

5 Stars – A Stunning Mountain Escape with a Waterfall You'll Never Forget! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful modern mountain house near Ellijay, GA. The home itself is gorgeous—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed—but the real showstopper is the absolutely magnificent, cascading waterfall right behind the house. It's not just a view, it's an experience. The sound of the rushing water is soothing, powerful, and honestly kind of hypnotic—in the best way. The view from the master shower overlooking the waterfall? Unreal. Like showering in a spa built into a National Geographic photo. The management company truly went above and beyond—they left us a lovely welcome basket that made us feel immediately at home, and they were super responsive to our every need. It's rare to find service that's both warm and efficient, but they nailed it. One night we fired up the BBQ, opened a few bottles of wine, and just exhaled. Surrounded by nature, great company, and the roar of that waterfall, it was exactly the kind of peaceful escape we were craving. Close enough to Ellijay for quick trips into town, but remote enough to feel like your own private hideaway. We'll absolutely recommend this gem to family and friends—and honestly, we're already dreaming about coming back.

Definitely book this house (or any owned by the same development company in this subdivsion - they all look awesome and each has a different cool feature or two - outdoor chess, pickleball court, pool, etc.). It was spotless. We picked this house as a base to hike within 1.5 hours of Ellijay and because it was spacious, had lots of bathrooms, a pool table, outdoor fire pit, and hot tub. We have three teen boys, after all... The back of this house faces a giant waterfall and the various outdoor porches capitalize on that! The waterfall/view was SO much better than anticipated. The location on the river/water makes the home so special v. some of the others nearby.TVs on every level and the patio great for March madness viewing. Outdoor sectional couch near the outdoor TV was so comfy! Loved making s'mores every night out back after we jumped in the hot tub. Perfect ending to a day spent hiking all over N Georgia. One nice little surprise - I am a runner - is that there is a short trail up the road that I could run up/back. Nice surprise. Management was responsive for the few ?s I had. Definitely bring some additional laundry detergent, coffee, garbage bags and baggies if you need them for more than a couple days.Regarding location, this is outside Ellijay proper so to get to the main restaurants/grocery stores in Ellijay, it is about a 0:15 drive E, but SO worth it because you have all the space/privacy of this amazing home!Highly recommend!

The views and sounds of the waterfall were stunning and could be heard/seen throughout the cabin. Lots of great amenities and the drive to the cabin was easy. Only thing we would recommend is bringing your own cookware. Almost every pan and utensil we pulled out wasn’t cleaned well and we had to clean them before we used them. Not a huge deal as we normally do clean dishes before we use them, but we wished we would’ve brought our own pans and utensils. For a week getaway this was a great cabin and we would stay again.

My recent Airbnb experience was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance was incredibly peaceful, offering a much-needed respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, the stunning natural beauty, and the opportunity to simply unwind and recharge.
The owners were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed. I didn't encounter any challenges or issues during my time there, which made for a truly stress-free vacation.

It is a gorgeous cabin/home. Very modern construction placed in the magical place with waterfall on the background We had a fabulous stay , felt like home with lot of privacy and beautiful scenery. Even the rainy day was magical there. Wery close drive to the downtown Elijay and not to fare to Blue Ridge. We definitely will go back there to enjoy it again.

Our second visit to Waterstone certainly won't be our last! Although this is a lovely home, it is nature's beauty in the waterfalls just off the rear of this home that is incredible ! The falls are visible from all rooms and balconies. This was our anniversary and birthday trip and it was a treat. We have come to appreciate the properties offered by Mountain Vibe Vacations and we use Coastal Vibe when visiting Fort Walton Beach. Super clean and modern; great space for a couple or small group of adults. Neighborhood is new. The waterfall is amazing and makes the whole place … you can hear it quietly all the time, and see it from all outdoor spaces. We found ourselves leaving TVs and phones off and just enjoying the sound. Really liked how they promised to drain, clean, and refill the hot tub after each check out. We’ll definitely be back this year!

Stunning…From the drive through the “Hallmark” like village, the winding picturesque roads up the mountain to entering through the front door and seeing the views, then hearing the waterfall…Falls Watch will not disappoint !!! The mid century modern decor felt like home and all the furniture, including beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the usual necessities (we brought extras for cooking during our stay) but supermarkets are just minutes away, if needed. Relaxing by the fire pit, listening to the sounds of nature/water, sipping a glass of wine…the perfect spot to get away !!!

Not even sure where to begin. I thought the pictures in the reviews were amazing, but the pictures don’t even do this property justice. From the minute you walk in you will know you made the right choice. We stayed with another couple for four nights, and I could have never left this property. The view is from the kitchen and the decks of the waterfall and trees are absolutely outstanding. The owners of this property have taken everything into account. We are people who love to cook in the kitchen was appointed with everything you could possibly need. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The property is located perfectly, short drive to Ellijay and a short drive to the Blue Ridge area. I would highly recommend this location and we plan to make another trip as soon as possible.

I definitely would recommend this place, we were allowed to have as many people stay, it was very comfortable and plenty of room. We had 14 people and we still had plenty of room. The view of outside was beautiful and you had it in every part of the house. We are sold on coming here once a year for a family vacation.

We've been renting cabins 3-4 times a year for over 20 years. This may be the best one yet. The selling point is surely it's proximity to the waterfall. And that did not disappoint. But the rest of the cabin is just perfect. Staying there in the summer, we didn't expect to use the fireplaces and decks much. But we got lucky with a cooler weekend. The master bath is amazing. The kitchen is gorgeous and well stocked (it even had my favorite garlic press!). But the real kicker for me, and it's so often overlooked in rentals, was the beds. These are seriously comfortable beds. We're already plotting our next visit.

We had a fantastic time staying at Falls Watch and loved every minute of it. We loved going downtown Ellijay and being tourists. When driving to the cabin, we saw lots of deer and turkey. The waterfall fall next to the cabin was beautiful and made the perfect white noise when going to bed. We had a planned fly fishing trip in Blue Ridge and my husband loved it. We can't wait to go back with more family.

Myself and five of my girlfriends do a trip every year and this year we settled on Ellijay. Thankfully we found this amazing property. It is absolutely beautiful, very well appointed and the views of the creek and falls made for a wonderful weekend. We loved this home and highly recommend it! It was an easy drive into Ellijay.

Falls Watch is an styunning cabin with an incredible view of a waterfall. This property is located in a nice community and is fairly private. My wife, son and I had such a relaxing trip and didn't want to leave. The management company was great to work with and quick to respond.

This property exceed all expectations. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough space. The home is beautiful and view is amazing. The property was spotless when we arrived and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be renting this property again. We have stayed at 8 cabins and houses in this area, and this property is by far the nicest home we have rented. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will be back.

This property exceed all expectations. We had 6 adults and there was more than enough space. The home is beautiful and view is amazing. This property was incredible!! Beautiful home with stunning views of the waterfalls & river from almost every room in the house. The home had everything we could've needed. The drive from Ellijay was easy & the home wasn't far into the division with a driveway that wasn't too steep. The path down to the river was a little steep, but manageable. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, fire pit & the outdoor fireplace. We ended up not leaving the house much because we loved it there! Highly recommend this property!! My family doesn't think I'll be able to top this one!!

Internet service is great which is needed as cellphone coverage is spotty. Yet when using Wifi-Calling the calls are no problem. So if your looking to unwind, this is the one. Loved our stay!!

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this was probably the best one we have stayed at so far. The house is beautiful and even better than the pictures. It has anything and everything you could possibly need on vacation. We made ourselves right at home. The stream and waterfall out back are glorious! The view is just icing on the cake to this wonderful house. The outside of the house is clean with well kept landscaping. The neighborhood was great for walking and beautiful as well. This is a great vacation if you want to relax. The area is very rural (more so than I expected). The town of Blue Ridge is super cute with great shops and restaurants, but it will take you 30-40 minutes to get there from the house. Things were a little farther away than I expected, but if you don't mind driving you will be fine. It didn't ruin our trip by any means, but I wish I would have realized this beforehand. All in all we had a great trip. I highly recommend staying at this house or any watersong property!

There is no better house in the beautiful community than Falls Watch! The waterfall is amazing during the day and lights up at night for a 24 hour perfect view! The house was clean, fully stocked with all you need and just plain comfortable to be in. We had an amazing anniversary weekend and definitely will be coming back!

There is no better house in the beautiful community than Falls Watch! The waterfall is amazing during the day and lights up at night for a 24 hour perfect view! We loved spending the holidays with the sound of the waterfall as our backdrop. The home is beautiful and accommodated 6 adults (3 couples) well although one couple had to stay in the charming yeti themed kids room. There were plenty of dishes and high quality cookware for our stay. A minor issue with the outdoor fireplace pilot light was fixed same day by the host, however reported issues with low water flow in the one bedroom's sink and the fridge's water filter were not addressed during our stay. All in all we treasured our time here and decided to reserve the house again for next year. Perfect house with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy time together!

We came for Christmas vacation. I was so touched at there being a Christmas tree set up when we arrived - my grandchildren were thrilled! This home and the property are gorgeous with a waterfall in back of the property. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and more! The beds are so comfortable and there are plenty of towels for bathing and for the hot tub. We were 4 adults and 3 children and there's so much space in the home that we did not feel crowded. We had the best time enjoying the home, the hot tub, the pool table, the waterfall, shopping in Ellijay and Blue Ridge and most of all, each other's company. I cannot wait to return!

My husband and I own a high-end construction company and staying at places can be hard because he has so many things to say, haha. But! He was impressed by the builders and their craftsmanship. I loved the layout and the style of the home. My kids loved roasting marshmallows, playing pool and exploring the stream. The beds were super comfy and the kids loved sharing a room, but not sharing beds, which happens a lot when we go away. The house isn't in a super private neighborhood but you get that feel anyways. I would love to go back when it is warmer and go in the stream!

We absolutely loved our recent stay.....not only is the home modern and chic, but the waterfall that it sits on is FANTASTIC. It exceeded expectations, which is always a wonderful thing. We would definitely suggest this one to others. The neighborhood makes for a less remote feeling than we usually go for, but we never even noticed the surrounding homes. The outdoor living area, by the fire, with the sound of the falls.....heavenly!

Home is beautiful and the setting could not be better. The kitchen is minimally stocked so bring any pantry and paper supplies other than salt, pepper and one roll of paper towels. Same with bathrooms, only hand soap and two rolls of tissue is supplied.

It was our 24th Wedding Anniversary trip! The waterfall was beautiful and so relaxing. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Morning coffee was well enjoyed on the back deck and we loved watching movies with the fireplace on as well. We enjoyed eating dinner at the local restaurants and loved the hike at Amicalola Falls. An absolute must see!! We are already planning our next trip!

My husband and 25 year old daughter visiting from DC thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and so new. The lighting and decor were soothing. Natural light cascaded from three stories of windows. The kitchen was well-stocked. All we needed was food. I'm big on hand washing so the ample supply of hand soap was a big plus. Bring bubble bath to enjoy the deep, pristine tub and remember bar soap. And there were towels galore. My daughter brought extra face cloths which she did not need. There were so many televisions that a large family would not have had to share. We each had space for alone time or to get work done without being stuck in a bedroom but also space to enjoy each other. The selling point, though, was the waterfall. It was actually multiple falls as they ran off the primary fall. If there were other sounds, I couldn't hear them.. I enjoyed the falls from both balconies. You can even see them from the master shower. That shower! You could fit the Partrige Family, or if you prefer, the Brady Bunch or the Huxtables in there. While in the area, we grabbed a bite in the square one evening, visited multiple wineries/vineyards, and an apple (the eating kind) store twice. Take cash to tip housekeeping. Who keeps cash anymore? This was a needed respite while we await the all clear to reschedule last August's cancelled trip to Italy and Greece and next year's anticipated trip to Australia. Staycations in north Georgia are keeping me centered.

My husband and 25 year old daughter visiting from DC thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and so new. The lighting and decor were soothing. Natural light cascaded from three stories of windows. The kitchen was well-stocked. All we needed was food. I'm big on hand washing so the ample supply of hand soap was a big plus. Beautiful inside and outside! If you love falling asleep to a sound machine then nature’s creation of this private waterfall is everything and more! You’ll love the fire pit to roast marshmallows or the comfortable hot tub. Our families favorite part was the outdoor fireplace upstairs where we listened to music on the tv while we grilled and played card games. The kitchen was a chefs dream and we had a chef with us so that says a lot! Our family can’t wait to come back again!

A modern beauty nestled above a magnificent waterfall! All of the bedrooms face the waterfall so you have an AMAZING night's sleep. We ate on the deck every night to enjoy the background noise, and loved the outdoor and indoor fireplaces for added comfort and relaxation! This house is in a lovely setting, backs up directly to a waterfall, which you can hear at all times. It is very relaxing and mesmerizing. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the established path to walk down to the river and the waterfall. Just a few recommendations to make it "6 STAR!" -- some kind of manual with directions for fireplaces, TV's and local attractions, another chair in the living room and downstairs room. But other than that, it's really a great place to go to relax. They've done an excellent job with trying to make it home away from home Great place!

This house was everything I wanted and needed. Secluded and quiet. I have stayed in many homes throughout the United States and this one was the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. What a wonderful week at Falls Watch to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday! We stayed 7 nights at the house and enjoyed every minute of it. We both appreciate unique and thoughtful design, which, in addition to the awesome waterfall location, drew us to this house. A very positive initial impression was that it smelled new. A great opening act! The openness and wall of windows is much better experienced as the photos are only a teaser to the real space. The kitchen was extremely well-furnished and thanks to the home being relatively new, the cooking utensils and accessories were as well. We liked dining on what we termed the back porch, as the weather was accommodating. We could have appreciated the back porch more if the outdoor fireplace had been working, We had notified David, but a solution was not to be. We have booked Falls Watch again for January and do hope we have a toasty porch as will need it then. The house is remarkably quiet and one can easily turn off the sound of the waterfall, which unlike the ebb and flow of ocean waves, is constant. Closing the doors puts the waterfall into the distance. The outdoor furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The table was set with placemats and linens upon arrival and the fans (many fans here) were on as was the main TV - a nice welcoming gesture. I liked that the cupboards were bare - no leftover spices or condiments in the sparkling clean refrigerator. Plus nice clean matching dishes and glassware. As there were just two of us this time (bringing friends in January as the home is nicely arranged for two separate king en suites far away from each other) we did not utilize the lower area at all. The bed was comfy and the velour blankets added to the comfort. Might have hoped for just a tad better sheets and mattress pad. Maybe just a refresh needed. The entire home was totally clean and the many thermostats allowed for selective heating and cooling. The small but mighty gas fancy fire did warm the space quickly, too. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and are looking forward to returning in January!

The grill was fantastic and the Pool table was such a fun activity for the kids! Loved the fire pit and the HOT TUB was amazing after long hikes! Can't wait to book again!!!!

Falls watch is a gorgeous home and perfect stay for family vacation! We had the best time and the home is gorgeous! The waterfall is mesmerizing and so beautiful! We loved the fabulous kitchen which was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need!!! Beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were so fresh and spacious! The grill was fantastic and the Pool table was such a fun activity for the kids! Loved the fire pit and the HOT TUB was amazing after long hikes! Can't wait to book again!!!!

This cabin was a huge WOW from the whole family. We didn't want to leave and could not believe how fast the week went. The cabin itself is gorgeous and then the view is indescribable. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of room to roam. We did several hikes in the area, went downtown Eliijay for a delicious lunch and some local shopping. Its one of those places you don't want to tell people about cause its just that good. However we love Coastal Vibe Vacations we gotta share.

Enjoyed 6 nights with family and friends in this beautiful house with all the amenities that you could ever need. House was beautifully decorated and views of the waterfalls were peaceful and relaxing. The Ellijay/Blue Ridge areas are loaded with trails, biking, kayaking or a lazy day on the lake. There are many winery's and great shopping in both of these towns. After long days of hiking and exploring it was so nice to “come home” and enjoy an evening of cooking, sitting by the fire and enjoying the hot tub. The house is a new build in a new resort. Even though there is construction in the area it was never bothersome or intrusive. I have rented condos In Florida from this management company(David) and i always know that my rental will be amazing. This house was over and above! So happy that you expanded from the beach to the mountains. Already looking for my next booking with you!

We so enjoyed our stay at Watersong in Ellijay. The home is a new build and it is fabulous. The living room is great and the kitchen has all the things needed to make a great meal. The TV's in every room is a plus. We really enjoyed the outdoor area's it was so nice and cool outside near the waterfall. The hot tub area is clean and we did enjoy it very much. We hope to visit again soon. I would give directions to all people driving in your group as the phone service does not work in certain areas and you will have to hook up to wifi when you arrive even then it's hit or miss. My husband got lost for a few minutes as his phone map app went out. I had no problems? The bedrooms are set up well so everyone can get a great nights sleep and having the several bathrooms is a plus. This is a beautiful home and the setting with the waterfall is very peaceful.

This house is amazing. Everything is modern and upscale. The balconies are heavenly as you can see and hear the waterfall right below. A great place to stay and relax and probably the nicest place we have rented. We hope to return in the fall to do more hiking and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our short get away. The falls were very peaceful and it was nice to have a place to decompress. They had everything we needed. My daughter's favorite things were tied between the bunk bed and the hot tub.
