Edge of Heaven

This was a family reunion of 6 adults and 6 grandkids. First time we have all been together in one place. Plenty to do at the house and in the Pigeon Forge area. Beautiful views from the house. Very comfortable. Perfect floor plan for us. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes, etc. We had bear at the fire pit and a rattle snake on the side of the driveway going down to the pickleball court - so need to be aware. It rained every day but we could still be outside on the covered wrap around porch. Be aware of the very dangerous narrow steep driveway during the last 1/2 mile to the house. You won’t make it if pulling a trailer. Go slow!

Celebrated our 50th anniversary here with all the adult kids and grandkids, Loved that there was so much to do on the property—we played basketball, pickleball, arcade games, pool and used the water spa. There is a huge table and one night hired a private chef for our crew. Beautiful view from the porches

This property was well equipped. We enjoyed the entire time and wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely planning to return and the scenery was so peaceful. I love that each room had its own personality and touch. Was excellent space and clean environment. The fireplaces were my favorite located all around the home. This place is everything you could imagine. A beautiful home and even more amazing property with every activity you’d want in a vacation spot. The views were spectacular! It was also super close to tons of activities off property (Dollywood) and grocery stores for added convenience. We will definitely return and recommend to anyone traveling to the Smoky Mountains!

Perfect place for families to gather while visiting Dollywood. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, serving pieces, appliances. Having two refrigerators/freezers was a big plus. The outside play area was the feature that sealed the deal on the rental. The basement playroom was great for indoor entertainment. The bedrooms were comfortable and spaced out well.

The house was ideal for our family. We had plenty of space. The house layout was wonderful. The downstairs is where we spent most of our time with all the activities of connect for to arcade games in a full table. The addition of a jukebox was so fun we enjoyed the hot tub which was large enough for eight people to sit comfortably with no problems. Also, the Pickleball court was a hit

Wonderful home with many amenities for children. Our kids loved the pickle ball, hot tub, games inside ( especially Pac-Man and playground. Great views and very spacious. The driveway is very steep although after the first time it doesn’t seem as bad. Would definitely stay there again if we were that direction!!

Absolutely beautiful and spacious cabin! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and pantry (two fridges) were large and accommodated our large group well. We loved the pickleball courts, swim spa, playground, and outdoor entertaining and relaxation areas. During our stay we had some questions about the swim spa and internet. The Coastal Vibe team was very responsive, friendly, and took care of any problems promptly.
The location is great! Private and close to the Great Smokey Mountains park and Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You will absolutely love this gorgeous cabin.

Very responsive to our questions and request. Had a lightning strike near the house that tripped several electrical breakers. We message that night and they let us into the electrical panel room so we could reset them. Amenities and view very awesome. We couldn’t have had a better location for our get together.

We chose this cabin because of all the amenities - they had something for our 2-3 year olds all the way up to our 17 year old and the adults. It was the perfect place for everyone to enjoy something and had great views too. We also appreciated that they fully drain the huge hot tub, clean it, and fill it with fresh water in between each rental. The road going up to the cabin was under construction and we were not aware of that beforehand. Although to be fair, I don’t think the rental company realized the state of the road and no one could have known how muddy it would be after two days of hard rain. The rental company did work with us and made everything right in the end. The road was much better by the end of our trip! David was great to work with and we would rent from him and the Coastal Vibes Vacation team again!!

We loved our stay! Our only complaint was the driveway. The driveway was a little scary because of how steep and curvy it was. It snowed our last day so it was hard to get back down the driveway. Other than that it was wonderful.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The home is situated on a mountain with scenic views both directions. It’s a special place that feels set apart from the rest of the world, but in reality you’re only a 10 min drive from all the fun Pigeon Forge has to offer. Between the pickleball, oversized hot tub, and game room, there was always something for everyone to do. The kitchen/dining room are spacious and accommodated my large family well for meals and game time. This is a wonderful big house in a gorgeous setting close to lots of fun activities—it doesn’t get any better!

Chose this cabin because of the views and how big it is. We had 8 adults and 5 kids, and it slept everyone comfortably. Property was gorgeous, pickleball was our absolute favorite. Great cabin to have a big family all in one place. Accommodations is what sold it for us. Proximity to everything was also great. Was clean when we came in, however, it would be nice to have regular pest control. Master room upstairs had a wasp infestation.

We absolutely loved the house. There was so much to do. The only thing was that we wished we had more info on the drive up to the house. It’s about a 1/2 mile, one lane, steep driveway. There were construction vehicles along the driveway. We would have appreciated knowing that there was construction happening along the driveway and that it was a half mile, one lane road. We started up the drive and actually turned around because it looked like the drive was blocked. After we drove it a couple of times, we got used to it. And we were told that they are currently working to expand the road. We would definitely stay in this house again.

The house was stunning. Very clean and ready for our arrival. Great privacy for a larger group with beautiful views in multiple directions. Between the basketball/pickleball court, arcade games, and multiple outdoor seating areas there are many ways to have fun and keep busy at the house. Would highly recommend to anyone staying with a large group and looking for a beautiful, secluded mountain location with access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park.

I would rate Edge of Heaven a 4.8 out of 5 due to minor uncleanliness of the floors and some setbacks, such as garbage wasn't picked up on the days stated in our pre-check in email, so our trash was piled up all in the kitchen, and some of the lighting in the pantry was out. However, the team was quick to respond with a solution which we really appreciated. We also noticed how quick our feet got dirty and there were several spotted millipedes, but we made it work by wearing socks and slippers.
Otherwise, this property has a beautiful cabin with the most beautiful views of the Smokies. We spent so much time at the pickleball court and were completely content spending it at the cabin. There were several things to do - board games, reading, arcade games, swimming and a pool table. We loved the large dining table for meals and two living rooms for seating/lounging. We would definitely book this cabin again in the future!

The AirBnb was exactly as advertised and lived up to expectations. The place was beautiful, everything was organized to host guests, and the views were as good as the pictures. I would absolutely recommend this property for guests visiting the area.

The property was everything it advertised, and the host was friendly and responsive. The views were even better than we anticipated. This property has no neighbors and has an unobstructed view of the Smokies. The host allowed us to check in early as we were in town early and the house was ready. They also brought us more propane for the grill within 30 minutes of us messaging them about the issue. The checkout procedure was simple enough.

This vacation house is absolutely beautiful. It was such a fun and comfortable place for our family reunion. Stunning views.
The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars across the board is that based on the information provided, trash is picked up from the bear cages on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday. It wasn’t picked up any of those days despite reaching out about it a few times. When we arrived on a Saturday the bear cages were already nearly full from the prior renters.
It’s also worth mentioning that the road in is a single lane double way on a winding mountain road. It could be a little dangerous if arriving at night. I expect that matters to some more than others.
Overall an excellent experience!

Overall, great location for a group of 15. Only a few minutes from most attractions. The drive up the hill is a little unnerved for flat landers but it brings with it breathtaking views and privacy.

This cabin is located in an amazing location with beautiful views and tons of privacy! There was also so much to do just in the home. Would highly recommend booking if you’re looking for a weekend getaway with friends or a relaxing place to hangout with family.
