Pelican 308 is a 1 bedroom plus bunkroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooking the 700-foot lazy river, zero entry pool, waterfall pool, and swaying palms of Destin West bayside. Remodeled in 2017, the crisp interior provides the perfect landing spot after a day in the sun. The fully stocked kitchen has everything necessary to feed your crew, whether it’s a traditional breakfast before playing all day, a quick sandwich for lunch before heading back out, or dinner where everyone gathers and shares their favorite part of the day. You can decide to eat meals inside in the AC or outside around the table on the second balcony. The master bedroom (the one with its own balcony!) has a classy Tommy Bahama feel and a spacious en-suite bathroom. And, because vacation ain’t vacation if you’re sharing a bed with kids, the condo has a bunkroom with twin bunks (and all the moms and dads say, “AMEN!”). To sleep a couple more, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
