  Coastal Vibe Vacations presents Pelican 308, a fully renovated 1 bedroom plus bunk room condo at Destin West Beach & Bay Resort on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Located on the third floor of the bayside Pelican building, the condo sleeps 6 with two full bathrooms, 971 square feet of living space, and a covered balcony overlooking the resort's 700 foot lazy river and bayside pool. The Gulf of Mexico beach is a short walk across the resort's skybridge, and Destin's restaurants, harbor, and attractions are minutes away.

  The renovation shows in every room. The kitchen has white shaker cabinets with brushed gold hardware, quartz countertops, a hex tile backsplash, and a full suite of stainless Maytag appliances including a French door refrigerator. Four acrylic barstools line the navy breakfast bar under gold pendant lighting, and the open floor plan flows through the living area to a wall of sliding glass doors that opens onto the balcony. Out there you will find a bar-height table with four chairs, a tiled floor, and a view straight down the lazy river with the palm-lined pool deck beyond it.

  The master bedroom has a king bed, a wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, and its own sliding door to a second private balcony. The en suite bath has a marble-top vanity, a soaking tub with a handheld shower head and grab bars, and brushed gold fixtures. The bunk alcove sleeps two on twin-over-twin bunks, and each bunk has its own small TV so the kids can wind down without taking over the living room. A queen sleeper sofa rounds out the sleeping arrangements for a group of six. The second full bath has a walk-in shower, which makes mornings easier when everyone is trying to get out to the beach.

  Wood-look plank flooring runs throughout, ceiling fans are in every room, and there is an in-unit stacked washer and dryer for beach towels and sandy clothes. A beach wagon with two chairs and an umbrella is provided so you do not have to haul gear down from home.
