Destin West - Osprey 605

My family and guest all really enjoyed staying at the Osprey 605. Our rooms were clean. Communication with host was clear and quick with any responses. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was beautiful and the view from the condo balcony was spectcular. The host was easy to deal with and kept us informed of any changes. The condo was just as advertised and had everything that we needed. The wagon with beach stuff was a pleasont suprise.

We really enjoyed the condo and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Even though the condo complex was busy, we never had to wait for an elevator. Our three favorite restaurants were Stewby's, McGuires and The Back Porch. Coastal Vibe Vacations were always in touch and let us know as soon as the code changed for the fitness center.

We visit the Gulf Coast every year for Mother’s Day and this was one of our favorite places to stay! There is plenty of parking, the unit it close to the elevator, lots of luggage carts, and THE POOL IS AWESOME!!! If you have kids, or even if you don’t, that lazy river is worth the price of admission.
The hosts checked in via text daily, but there was no pressure to respond. I texted when I smelled gas down by the pool and they contacted the HOA. They also recommended places to eat. And finally, there wasn’t a huge list of things to clean at the end - towels in the tub, take out the trash, run the dishwasher. I can live with that!
Overall a great stay and would recommend!

The condo was perfectly furnished for our needs, it had beach supplies for our use and had plenty of household supplies for the kitchen if we needed to cook. We thoroughly enjoyed everything that we did during our week. Check-in and Check-out processes were very simple and made it easy for us access.

This condo was perfect and everything you could ask for. The location is great and it's just a short walk across the bridge to get to the beach and boardwalk! We loved our stay here! I cannot stress enough how CLEAN this condo was. No corner or detail was overlooked - The cleaning is top-notch! It is spacious and all the furniture is clean and in good shape. The furniture on the balcony was great too, and we enjoyed most of our meals out there. The view is perfect - we could see if the pools were busy or not, and the harbor view was beautiful. My sons loved the private pier - because it is private they didn’t need a license, and they fished for hours! Although it is a bit of a trek to the beach, having the wagon with the chairs was a lifesaver! We were able to pack everything we needed for the whole day and haul it over there with us. The beach is gorgeous of course, and we enjoyed a couple cocktails at The Island tiki bar which is right next to the property. Communication was easy, as was the check-in AND check-out. There is really nothing negative I could say about this condo and the property and I would highly recommend it to any family.

The location was great. We had beautiful views. The heated pools were great since weather is unpredictable in March. Our kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the condo was super quiet!

Osprey 605 is a gorgeous unit! It was a good place to stay with teenagers - the pool, hot tub and lazy river were very nice and kept up. Unit was very clean, pictures looked same as in person.
My family really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location, bay view and pool view.
Would consider staying again if in the area.

We have stayed in Destin/Fort Walton for many years. This condo was one of the best. Very clean and comfortable for us and our adult children. We brought our jet skis so Very convenient to boat launch, marina and all we needed. Also convenient to great restaurants. We will be back!

I was so happy to have found Osprey 605 for my mothers day vacation! for what we were getting I was expecting to be really pricey but was so happy with everything honestly I would have paid more. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, minus beach towels which was fine because I always bring mine when we go to the beach anyways. The bunk room was so nice for my daughter, and the master was gorgeous and bath room was huge and even had a separate water closet so I could be getting ready but not block the entire bathroom. The beds were extremely comfy and the balcony was just the icing on the cake. Check in was easy as can be, we had the code, we typed it in, an bam we were done. We had one issue and called the number we were provided for emergencies at like 830pm and by 10pm our problem was fixed! extrememly nice customer service, came in person and checked in on us the next day to make sure all was still well with our issue we had. I could not have been happier with the CS! The walk to the beach is about .5mile over the skybridge and that is also where a ton of resturants and shops are. I dont know if there was a more direct route to the beach other than the way we went (over the skybridge,and then down the stairs and walked on the sidewalk over in front of another resort that may be somewhat connected, not sure, and then go thru the little boardwalk area where the shops and food was to get to the beach). The pools and lazy river was awesome! The water temp (may) was perfect, even at the beach :) and the hot tubs were actually HOT which surprised us since most places we go to have them like luke warm (100-101) which is just like a warm bath lol. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying her again or may go for the penthouses as I see they look pretty cool as well!

The condo was everything we needed and wanted it was quiet and we all had our own space. It was a good place to stay with kids the pool, hot tub and lazy river was very nice and kept up. To get to the ocean, restaurants and shopping was very easy. The host was very easy to get ahold of and very kind. I will stay there again and tell everyone I know about it.
