The building and grounds are meticulously maintained. The building just had a new fresh coat of paint everywhere. The condo was newly upgraded, beautiful view of the ocean. Truly a spectacular place to stay.

My wife and I stayed in this unit while our kids and grandkids stayed in a unit on the bay side. We all had a wonderful time. We have stayed in the Destin West facility numerous times, and this unit was exactly as represented and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The view of the beach and pool is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been to Destin several times and decided to try Destin West this year for a change of pace. This condo was incredibly clean, as was the rest of the property. We loved the big and little things about the condo with the many hooks for wet/damp items, washer/dryer and laundry basket, two bathrooms and pullout couch. The furniture on the balcony was awesome because we could see over the railing to the beach and view the pool perfectly. The unit was near the elevator without being so close to have noise. The parking deck was great and an easy walk straight from the condo to the 4th floor in the parking garage. It was wonderful to have two beach chairs and umbrella available to us at the beach service. Get there right at opening to get a good seat. We got there about 8:45 - opens at 9 - and there was always already a few in line. They said earlier in the summer it's even busier so just something to be aware of. We loved that the main pool was so big and that the lazy river across the road was available to us. Highly recommend!

Great stay at a great location! The room has a comfy king bed with attached bathroom. It also has a hallway room with twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom there as well. Loved the free chairs and umbrella rental that comes with the unit! Great location, big pool on Gulf side and lazy River on the Bay side that you can access via a bridge. Walkable to restaurants and the fishing pier. We had issues with the internet in the room and the couch isn’t the comfiest but there was a storm that came through and that’s probably the only reason we noticed. Otherwise, we’d definitely return!

This place was spectacular!! Left us debating if we should’ve stayed longer than we planned too! We are already planning another trip! We did have some trouble locating the actual condo! But with a quick phone call, we got it all straightened out, and we were on our way to enjoy the beautiful view and lovely condo!! We will be back!! It was a bit chilly, and beach service was from 9-5pm and if it’s not busy they do close earlier! The pool itself self was not heated on the gulf side pool, but hot tube fit multiple people and was one place our kids wanted to be!
