We had an awesome experience. The condo was very clean. There's a TV for every beds (2 bedrooms, and the side bunkbed room). Well, with so much to do, I think we turned the TV on for like an hour the entire time. The beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of pillows and blankets. I love to wake up and look directly to the ocean. The view was amazing looking right at the gulf. Just can't beat the view. We've been to many condos in various beaches. I must say this is a great condo sitting in a great resort. This is the only resort I know that connects the front gulf/beach side to the bay side. We went back and forth a lot. Sometimes, I go to the bay side just to sit by the water. Saw 2 dolphins came right up within 10' to the edge. The big pool is BIG. Love it. There are 3 hot tubs in the resort -- 1 on the gulf side by the big pool and 2 in the bay side. There is a warmer pool on the side. It's like bath water. We brought our e-bikes but didn't use it much as the highway looks too dangerous. Plus, there is no way to cross the bridges on a bike. But it's ok... minor stuff. We rented jetskis to run to crab island. We were going to rent a boat but I wasn't comfortable to drive it too close to crab island as I am not an experienced boater. So we did the jetski which is much easier to run around as it is smaller. We did parasailing. It was amazing. We loved everything about our vacation. Everyday was wonderful. I had to make time to keep visiting the lazy river. Yea... I like that lazy river a lot. We rented from Coastal Vibes and let me tell you. They are the BEST. They are the easiest and most accommodating renter I've ever dealt with. We drove from PA so it's about 15 hrs drive (not including rest stops). We were going to stop 2/3 way and get a motel to rest. However, at the last minute, I asked if my wife could do an hour so I could rest. After I rested, I drove straight to Destin. Well, we got there very early.. like 5 am. We chilled for a bit until about 8-ish, 9-ish. Called the office and they gave us an option to check in early as the condo was vacant. Yes! We will be back... and we will go through Coastal Vibes again. Not sure if we'll be lucky enough to get the gulf front-front condo like 301, but we will try. Only x01 and x02 are the condos with the full balcony facing directly at the gulf and they're closest to the beach. The rest sits back a bit and not entirely a full view of the beach. I could go on and on... We LOVED our vacation at Destin, especially at 301 of Destin West -- the best condo in the best resort. Oh.. and the resort is spotless. Maintenance is ALWAYS cleaning. They keep the place absolutely beautiful. Not a piece of trash anywhere. And they always smile and greet you. I love friendly people. ok, ok. Can you tell I loved my vacation at Destin? You have to go to Destin West... and try to get into condo x01 or x02. Soooo worth it! And you have to rent through Coastal Vibes... The best!

Clean, comfortable with a fantastic view. We loved the beach and the hot tub. We now have memories we will cherish for a lifetime. This rental was, awesome and easy to communicate with for booking, checking in and out. We even left something and I was impressed and happy with how quickly it was mailed back to me.

The place was perfect and right on the beach. We really enjoyed utilizing the balcony for meals, as well as watching the sun rise with coffee.
Short elevator ride and walk to the beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella was perfect!
Needed a couple lights replaced on our first day and they were quick to replace in about an hour.
We can’t wait to come back next year. It was the best place for a week of relaxing

Second time renting through Coastal Vibe Vacations, first stay at Destin West Gulfside 301. Reservations and check in process could not have been easier. Condo and property were clean and Destin West is a very nice and well maintained property. We had a fabulous winter getaway: fantastic ocean front condo, saw dolphins from the balcony and while on the beach, viewed the Okaloosa island pier fireworks from our balcony, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We will definitely rent through Coastal Vibes again!

Our stay at Destin West G301 is a new family favorite! The condo was just as it was described and the gulf view was incredible. We spent most of our time on the beach or at one of the many pools. Our son enjoyed the lazy river and hunting for lizards throughout the property. Our daughters enjoyed relaxing on the beach (yay for beach service!) and in the comfortable balcony chairs. The gym has everything you need to keep up with your fitness routine. The condo is in the perfect location and a fairly easy walk to the pier shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for lunch and dinner meals when we wanted to cook. Right after checkin, we did notice an issue that we brought to Coastal Vibes attention and we received an almost immediate response. They were a wonderful company to work with and made check in/check out very stress free. We will definitely be back!

This unit has an incredible view of the beach. The third level is easily accessible to the beach, parking garage, and the connecting bridge. Our family found this unit to have comfortable beds and every amenity we needed. The only drawback was the size of the shower in the second bathroom. Overall, we loved our stay in G301 and would absolutely stay here on our next visit!

This place was awesome, the view of the gulf from the balcony, the kitchen, the bedroom can't beat that. Over the 5 weeks we were here we walked the beach for 275 miles, 7am and 4pm every day. The weather was beautiful everyday, one rainy day perhaps. We used the gym four times a week early in the morning, pretty much had the whole place to ourselves, great loose weights and machines. Early March we used the complementary beach chairs and umbrellas for free and the beach attendant was super friendly. We are coming back next year.

Great location, your steps from an elevator that goes directly down to the pool gate and around the corner from beach access. You are just steps and a wagon carry from the beach. Super convenient for vacationing with littles. We have a total of 3 toddlers and can walk to fun, souvenir shops, dinner, arcades, just about any entertainment you need. Great vacay!

My husband and I had one condo and our adult children and their families had 3 other condos on gulf side. Our condo was perfect except for the downstairs neighbors who thought to was cancun on spring break😳😫 but after several days we called when enough was enough.. Security did address issue. Our family has stayed here at least 5 times and never had this as a issue. A wonderful vacation spot otherwise. Just a word of advice dont wait like we did to report a issue. Wish I had reported earlier.

Our stay in Gulfside 301 was absolutely perfect. Take binoculars because you can sit on the beautiful wrap around deck and watch the dolphins play in the surf. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and convenient. We will be back!

Our first vacation as a little family was one for the books! We enjoyed everything about Destin West Gulf side 301. The view from the balcony was most definitely our favorite thing about the condo. It was rejuvenating to wake up and look out the sliding glass doors and see the beautiful ocean first thing in the morning. The "big" and "small" pool (as my daughter called them) was so nice. After leaving the beach around 5 we would walk over to the pool and enjoy the remainder of the Florida sun. We love how we could walk to some of our favorite restaurants: Anglers, Crab Trap and Ricks (our favorite, use the cat walk over the highway to get there). The umbrella and chairs that come with the condo are a must (get in line at 8:30am and tip the guy well for a good seat). We ate breakfast every morning on the nice tables and chairs on the balcony. The condo was exceptionally convenient with a toddler. At nap time it was just a short walk up to the room, and we could still enjoy the ocean from the balcony while the toddler slept. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Destin west gulf side 301, we would definitely stay there again!

Wow! What an amazing condo! The oceanfront/beachfront view is breathtaking and it being front facing to the beach on the 3rd floor make it a quick walk to the walkway to the beach….so handy! The beds were really comfortable and the place was decorated so cute! It was so nice having two full bathrooms and the kids loved the bunk beds! We loved the chairs and table on the balcony so comfortable and loved being able to see both the sunset sunrise and sunset from the balcony! We can’t wait to come back!

The room was clean, and even though it's not yet finished being renovated it was still a wonderful condo. They delivered new deck furniture on our last day and it was very nice.
