The cabin had plenty of room and everything was in perfect working order. Great place for large group and accommodates various ages in group. Rooms over garage were perfect for older kids.

What a place! Quite and out of the way from the crowds, but yet close to everthing you would want to do. My family enjoyed the space, it was perfect to gather as a big family and to have private time to one's self. Kitchen is well stocked for the chefs and bakers of your group. This place was well maintain and clean. After 30 years of my wife and I bringing our family to the area and renting multiple cabins, this one is by far one of the best and would rent this place again.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! It's spacious and spotless. Our large family had everything we needed and plenty of room to relax and play. The porches are very relaxing with the wonderful sounds from the waterfall. We would definitely come here again.

Cascading Falls Lodge is simply a dream! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a very special week. It was the perfect cabin for our 12-cousin retreat! The private waterfall sets the tone for this luxury cabin … peaceful, serene, and totally unique. The property is very spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with a ton of fun: we especially enjoyed the pickleball court, basketball court, hot tub, poker table, and waterfall deck/fire pit! Inside, the lodge was a paradise for our large group. Since we are more like Sisters than Cousins, we don't mind sharing bedrooms with each other, however the number of bathrooms is always a topic for discussion when determining a rental home for our annual retreat. With 6.5 bathrooms, this home provided us with more than enough bathrooms for personal space. While all the bedrooms were amazing, beautifully appointed and had their own unique charm, the Master Bedroom/Bath was the envy of everyone! My sister and I won the jackpot, and very much enjoyed the spaciousness of this amazing master bedroom and bathroom. We used the adjoining Guest House for the light sleepers who might easily wake by the late-night laughter or early morning risers. The Guest House would also be great when traveling with kids/teenagers, so they can have their own space. We absolutely loved the main screened-in porch with cozy seating and fireplace, which was perfect for relaxing and sipping our morning coffee/tea together. The kitchen, large dining room table, and outdoor grill made group meals a breeze. Some of us had to sneak in a few work hours during the trip, and we were very pleased by the fast and reliable the high-speed internet. Location-wise, the cabin is about 15 miles from everything (beware, 15 miles might take an hour to drive, since these cabins are nestled in the peaceful seclusion of back-country roads). For anyone looking for a luxurious, nature-infused escape with all the comforts of home and more, Cascading Falls Lodge is it! We had such an amazing experience that we didn't want to leave! Thank you Mountain Vibe Vacations, you truly thought of everything, and we very much appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to the guest experience. Final tip: Book directly with Coastal Vibe / Mountain Vibe Vacations. You'll save money and support a fantastic management team that truly cares about your experience.

Everything about this house is fantastic. There was enough room for our extended family and all the activities kept everyone busy. Communication throughout the stay was great as well. I would recommend this property to anyone that has kids/teens as the apartment above the garage was a nice added touch for separation.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our party of 12 were between the ages of 2 and 88 years of age. We were all amazed by the cleanliness, perfect decorations, and the comfort of EVERY room! We loved the entire week and did not want to leave. Only being 15 mins from the local attractions made it so nice. The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had. We would love to return for another stay!

More than enough space for our large group of 5 families, multiple common areas to spend time together, lots of activities for kids and adults, and of course the private waterfall was breathtaking. We had a wedding party of around 25 people stay at the lodge and in a nearby location. The deck down by the waterfall is 24 feet by 24 feet, with 155 steps down to it. It seemed like too much to overcome, with hauling items up and down, but the view and the sound of the waterfall was worth every step! I know they say no events, but they allow events that are small, like ours was. The views and the opulence and the basketball court and just everything was extremely well done. The inside fireplaces are off in the summer, with only the outside screen sitting area fireplace that comes on. On the deck was a gas firepit, that was beautiful in the evening and night. The separate game room with bunkbeds was ideal for a separate living space. They do drain the hot tub between gas. So when you first arrive, you cannot use the hot tub unless you like it cold. The upstair rooms were warm, but the maintenance man was there.When we were checking out to try to get the air conditioning upstairs to work better.So it has probably been resolved. We were able to be together when we chose to be and it was easy to be a part when we did not want to be because of the size of the house. Management was available by phone to answer questions. Bring 2 child safety gates if you're bringing small children. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Due to only getting 2 rolls of TP per bathroom. There's a family dollar .7 miles away for any needs. The bar area is lovely with 2 mini fridges, a sink and just a really cool vibe. The master suite and bathroom are breathtaking and huge. Be aware that there are a lot of stuffed birds moose, Elk and caribou throughout the lodge. I loved it but some might not. This was a magical stay, and I would recommend it for anyone.

Cascading Falls Lodge was an awesome cabin with every amenity you can think of for a vacation (Unreal game room, sports court w/ basketball and pickleball, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, pool table, poker table, pub area) and that's not even the best part. The deck down by the waterfall and the views you get to enjoy just relaxing or exploring down in the creek and the waterfall pool are unreal. Such an amazing time in the smoky mountains. Highly recommend this lodge style cabin and we will certainly be back!

It was very quiet and peaceful while still being on a few minutes from all of the fun and activities of Pigeon Forge. Probably my favorite part was coming back after a day of activities and relaxing on the deck next to the private stream and waterfall. Would definitely recommend.

I just spent 5 days at Cascading Falls Lodge in Pigeon Forge TN and this place is amazing! There were 12 of us in total - 3 couples and 6 kids. We had so much room and each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom. The cabin was very clean and very well appointed. It had everything the adults could want! The two full sized refrigerators in the kitchen were really a great touch! There was also another full refrigerator in the garage apartment - and while we didn't need that one with only 12 people, it could come in handy with a larger crowd. The teenagers had no shortage of things to do: pool table, ping pong table, foosball, giant chess, a pickleball court/basketball court. Then there was the poker table where some serious games happened every night! The stairs down to Birds Creek with the deck, chairs and fire pit were my favorite! It was so special sitting down by the water. My husband and I definitely plan to go back! Highly recommend! Oh, and the cabin is close to everything-Pigeon Forge , Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, Dollywood, are all only minutes away!
