Bluff Mountain Splash was by all means Awesome! It was very clean, the rooms were large, the kids loved the 2 game rooms while the adults were busy with the simulator. What I'm about to say by no means warrants less than a 5 star but the stink bugs in the master 1st floor were ridiculously aggravating! The only other thing we would've liked was another way (walkway enclosed) to get to the pool house. At night, in the rain or snow and in the cooler months it's not easy to get the little kids there without being cold. We will absolutely rent the cabin again but probably in the summer months!!

We loved this home! So much thought has gone into it to make it enjoyable for everyone! It was almost a resort in itself that we hated to leave! From the sunrises, sunsets, and the bears, it was enjoyed by all! Hopefully we can return soon to this beautiful home in a great area!

We’ve been coming to the Smokies as a family annually for over 20 years. Our family has grown and we had 12 adults and 5 grandkids all under 4 years of age this year. This by far was our favorite place we have stayed. It has it all. Stunning views, incredible house with plenty of options:plenty of seating to enjoy a meal together, swimming, playing games, having a firepit night together or late night golf simulator play when the kids were down for the night. The pool and golf simulator were absolutely amazing and worth the price of staying here alone. My wife is in a wheel chair and this house was perfect for her to access everything with the use of the elevator and ramps. Plenty of room to maneuver. We stayed 5 night and only left the property twice and that is not normal. We had no reason to leave. We made so many great memories together that will last a lifetime. It you are on the fence of paying so much for a stay, trust me in saying you will not be disappointed and will be glad you paid a bit more. Worth every penny.

The cabin was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. Our grandchildren loved the game rooms, outdoor play area, and pool. There was more than enough room for everyone to not feel crowded. The views were unbelievable: sunrises, sunsets, a supermoon, 2 rainbows, and a bear passing through. We would love to stay here again one day!

This property exceeded expectations. It was exactly (and more) than what the listing detailed. The best part was communication with the property manager from the initial booking to the week of our stay. When an issue came up, it was handled immediately. We had a group of 12 for a family reunion and vacation. We mainly stayed at the property and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. Having the pool house was an extra bonus! This property is definitely a cut above the rest.

Super clean. Well laid out. Well equipped. 20 people and 4 generations had plenty of space. Loved the indoor pool. Best vrbo rental we have rented.Town is nice and quiet and just a short drive to Pidgeon Forge. I have to admit the beds were firner than we like. But. Thats typical of rentals. Ciastal Vibe wax great to deal with and management of the property.

Our stay at was amazing. Between the pool and the golf simulator, everyone was always busy. The oven did not work while we were there but communication with Mountain Vibes was great and they tried to remedy the situation as best as they could.

We had a large group with a vast of ages from toddler to 50s. This place was absolutely perfect with the most lovely views! There qas enough space for everyone to have their own space, but join up for meals/pool time. The outdoor pool was amazing when it was nice and the indoor pool was incredible during the rain. The kids loved the waterfall! My only "want" which isn't even a big deal, might bw to have a step option to get back up vs just the long ramp. (Again, not a deal breaker whatsoever) Management was very responsive and checked in frequently. Everything was very clean and exactly as explained. We loved this space and getting to visit the mountains! Highly recommend.

We had 5 families (23 people total) stay at this house and we never felt crowded! The house is amazing with so many amenities and things to do. The only slight downfall is the steep mountain roads getting there, but you forget all about it when you get to the house and see the beautiful views. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! House was very clean, lots of dishes in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. My husband and brother in law loved the golf simulator, it was a hit! We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family of 10 ranging from 2 years to 65 years. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours in it. In fact, it was such a great design that our timid 5 year old became a fish by the end of our stay. The 2 year old loved jumping in, too. The home was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The room with the nursery was a blessing and a unique feature for most VRBO's. Whenever we had an issue, the hosts responded within an hour or less. We did come home to a black bear visiting. It had opened one of the car doors of our kids' car and decided it needed a minty toothpick. Be sure to remove ALL food and smelly things from your car and lock your doors. :) Would definitely come back to this home if we have a future need.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ronda’s unit in Spanish Main. The location was amazing with wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and the beach access was incredibly convenient. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need. Ronda is very kind and provides a lot of sweet hospitality details in her property. We will definitely be coming back to Cocoa and hope to stay at this place soon! With three small children, it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Cocoa Beach.

Bluff Mountain Splash is nothing short of Amazing. We took our whole family age range from 1 to 59! We barely left the house as there was something for everyone to do. The view was unbelievable! The house was spotless and absolutely amazing. We had a minor glitch with the pool but it was addressed and taken care of immediately. We spent countless hours outside in the yard and using the pools and hot tub. The kids loved the theater room as well! We had black bears visit us and we got to watch them play in the yard. Yes, scary but truely an incredible experiance for all of us. We are already taking about coming back next year!

We had a wonderful stay. The host responded to all questions within minutes and was great at communicating. The house was spotless. We even saw a Mother bear and her cubs which was amazing! The house has everything you need to cook, every appliance, dish, serving piece. The kids loved the pool! The adults loved the golf simulator and bar room. The location was great and close to lots of attractions and the home is very accessible for those with limited mobility. We will love to stay again.

This was a company getaway and let me tell you, this location was absolutely amazing!
Very easy to get to, responsive hosts. If there was a problem they would send a tech out right away to take care of the problem. Peaceful and very private location. We will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

We loved the location of the home at the end of a street in the mountains with no neighbors on either side. The rooms were great in that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. (We didn't utilize the upstairs gameroom as a bedroom despite there being bunk beds in there since we didn't have any children in our group.) My 81-yr-old mom took the comfy bedroom on the entry floor which had nice accommodations in the bathroom for her needs (shower chair, raised seat with handles over the toilet). She appreciated the elevator enabling her to join us in the theater but she was disappointed she couldn't see the upstairs bedrooms & upstairs gameroom. However, I explained to her that the upstairs gameroom really is more for kids anyway & that the main floor gameroom is the one set up for adults which is what we used as a family. The pool house was a real treat but beware of the high step up into the grotto cave...you don't see it due to the waterfall disturbing the water at the entrance - I bumped into it with my shin when I walked in there - ouch! It's best to swim in to the cave & then find a seat on the bench in there. The hot tub was great - so relaxing! The swim spa by the firepit did not seem to be heated & we couldn't figure out how to make the jets work strong enough to swim in place...my husband ended up at the end with very little effort. But it was nice to go in if you wanted to cool off quick after laying out in the sun. The mountain views are beautiful especially during sunrise & sunset. And we saw 2 black bears climb trees behind the backyard fence. They were so cute & didn't bother us at all. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only suggestions were to provide more than 2 kitchen towels & 2 kitchen washcloths as well as provide a kitchen cleaner spray. We were forced to clean up the kitchen with a damp washcloth which was not "cleaning" in my opinion. I did the best I could with it though using hot water to dampen it & putting a few drops of dishwashing liquid on it.

Kids and adults had so much fun in the pool. We made so many wonderful memories and hope to return next year. This is our 8th trip to the smoky mountains and by far our favorite house!

The house exceeded our expectations!! The rooms were all spacious and beautifully decorated the kitchen was well stocked. There was spectacular views and that is why go to the mountains and to see that view all day was amazing. We had 8 kids and they were entertained all day long!! We were all amazed at the incredible views of the mountains. We had lots of fun in the inside pool and the game rooms. The kitchen was very large and well supplied with all cooking and baking utensils. When we had a problem someone was there to help us within half an hour. The house was very clean and beautiful and we made many great family memories there. Definitely will stay on our list of great places for a family vacation!!

Overall, our stay at this Airbnb was delightful. The home was cozy, well-furnished, and offered a peaceful ambiance.
However, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the bathroom. Despite the lovely amenities and comfortable bedding, the bathroom lacked the same level of attention to detail.
Upon arrival, we went in to check everything out, and there was a used washcloth left on the bath chair, sink, and tub that was dirty.
It was a minor problem because I brought cleaning supplies; however, I shouldn’t have to use them when paying a cleaning fee.
Despite this, our host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. We enjoy the home and plan to rebook soon!

We chose this house because we were looking for a wheelchair accessible place to get away for a few days. The house met our expectations. The kids and adults all loved the pool and the adults were quite happy with the hot tub! The moutain view was incredible. We didn't use the lower level deck or the swim spa (too chilly) but the upper deck was perfect for sunset views and relaxing. The ramp to get in was fine for wheelchairs and the ramp to the pool was long but perfectly accessible. The elevator was cramped but manageable - same with the showers (which each had one step to get in) and we appreciated the accessible shower chair left for our use. The kitchen was incredible and there were more Keurig coffee pots that we knew what to do with. We appreciated the quick responses to any questions we had from the property managers. I hope we can stay again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen had nearly every item needed for a diverse range of cooking. There was so much to stay occupied or relaxing. The view of all the rolling mountains was simply amazing. The only complaint that I had was the front bedroom with the fireplace had the most hard and uncomfortable mattress Ive ever slept on. I woke every morning with my joints aching and didn't sleep well at all. Others in my party mentioned good mattresses in other rooms.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful and communication was great. Some plastic dinnerware would’ve been nice for the kids but, we made it work. I’m in a wheelchair and some spaces are tight. The bedrooms on the main floor are accessible but the first bedroom is small but the bathroom and big and accessible. The second bedroom on the first floor mountain facing is large but the bathroom isn’t really accessible. I was able to make the second bedroom work but it took some effort. The shower and toilet spaces are tight. The elevator also doesn’t reach the second floor and I thought the elevator would reach all floors, so that sucked as the game room is up there. I also wasn’t able to access the main floor games room due to a large step down. The heated pool was pretty cold on 86 degrees so that was disappointing. Other than that our family enjoyed our time!

Our family (mine and my in-laws) spent a wonderful week at this property the last week of October. The views from the back porches and yard are absolutely breathtaking, especially when the leaves are changing color. We comfortably had 12 adults and 4 small children for the first half of the week and 10 adults and 3 small kids for the 2nd half. The indoor pool/hot tub area was a HUGE hit with the kids. Many s'mores were enjoyed from the fire pit. It is close to many attractions and amenities including 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Publix/Kroger, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg and GSM National Park. Highly reccomend!

This home is amazing and situated beautifully in the smoky mountains. I loved the baby grand piano and the swimming pool ( wished they could have fixed the hot tub in the pool) otherwise the hot tub outside works. One special highlight was when we saw a bear beyond the parking area! Lots of excitement for two or three minutes before the bear ambled away! There were 12 of us for this reunion and all had a great time! Oh yes, my wife has to use a walker or cane and when we arrived the elevator was not working. A call to the office brought Chris out and he reset the elevator and told us to not push the buttons without having the door fully closed! Solved problem quickly! Thanks for a great holiday!

I love to cook. So I brought all my necessities to cook for the group we had staying at the house. I did not need the majority of what I brought. Blender, air fryer, stand mixer, sharp kitchen knives were already there. The kitchen was unbelievably stocked with nice countertop appliances, utensils and dishes. There is more than enough silverware and glasses to handle the amount of people staying in the house. The view is stunning!!! We super enjoyed our stay. Came here with family/friends. Everyone had a great time. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and has lots of fun activities to do throughout the house/property. If I ever came back to the area I would most likely chose this house again or a house on this block if any others are even rentals. So happy we found this gem.

The house was amazing! The pool house was so much fun for all! We had a very amazing week at this house - the grand babies loved the pool and all the games that were catered to them in their own bunk room. I was impressed with the management's response to our question about the pool. They sent someone to check it within a couple of hours. The house is in the mountains, it takes 10 minutes to get to the main road but worth the trip.

Celebrated my 50th birthday with my family here. We had 18 adults and 4 kids and an amazing time here. The house is beautiful and views are spectacular. The indoor pool was a hit and the game room was a great place to hang out. I highly recommend this home!

The most amazing house I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and such a fun place to stay, it was described exactly as it looked, and super clean. First of all, my group and I do this quite often and have stayed in many locations. I originally chose this location based on the online listing and reviews. It is very important to understand, when engaging in these types of trips that there is an element of the unknown, no matter how well planned. In this case, with the first half of our trip, there were a series of unexpected incidents that affected our first impressions. Due to unusual weather conditions,(freezing temps and precipitation), our trip started out with not being able to check-in on time. (ice on the mountain roads prevented the previous guests departure and the cleaning services timely arrival) When we did check-in many of the codes did not work. Due to weather, the pipes and heater to the pool froze damaging the pool and making it unusable. Although clean, there was definitely something off in the preparedness of the house. (shortness of linens and towels) We later found out there was an additional emergency with the cleaning service. HOWEVER, as we navigated through the beginning of our stay, there was a PERSISTENT effort to thaw and repair the pool. Concerns with the door codes were immediately addressed. The onsite laundry facilities helped with the linens and towels issue. I will not say that it was not frustrating to have to navigate these challenges when looking forward to a relaxing vacation, However, we all know things happen, the quality comes in how they are handled. In this case, having the property manager come and personally spend time wrapping the pool pipes in heating pads to thaw it. The pool repair people going to Knoxville and back to get a new pool heater as soon as possible. The consistent communication and updates on the progress in addressing the issues helped to keep the situation as positive as possible. I bring up the challenges to also demonstrate that even though they existed and could not be avoided, I felt that they were handled in the best way possible. How things are handled is often just as, if not more, important than having them not happen at all. In the end, this is a beautiful property. Visually, it is exactly as advertised. Once all of the issues were addressed, the second half of our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were able to eventually use the pool and the hot tub was great! The kids definitely enjoyed the game rooms and having their own space. It truly was the perfect space for our group! I would certainly return!

We rented Bluff Mountain Splash to celebrate our parents 65th wedding anniversary. The house is spectacular and the rental company was the best. This house had everything for every age. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pools and hot tub were used non stop. The games all over the house kept us entertained throughout the week. The views gave us picturesque family photos and endless conversation. We hired a chef to prepare a meal for the family and had all the dishes and utensils to accommodate all of us. The small issues we had were promptly addressed by the rental company. I couldn't recommend this place more! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

We had an amazing time here for Spring Break. The pictures in the listing look great but I am not lying when I say the place is even better in person. Our boys spent hours at the indoor pool each day. We have stayed in cabins with indoor pools before but this pool was far above the rest. The rest of the house was great too with just about every game amenity one can think of. One thing that was a pleasant surprise was that the home has an electric car charger in front of the garage!!
David was very responsive. I had to text him a couple times for some small issues and he responded immediately! I am excited to book with David again't in the future!

The views are STUNNING! The decor, furnishings, and appliances are modern and luxurious. We all took full advantage of the theater room, game rooms, and of course, the indoor pool! The colorful lights, waterfalls, and water slide were a huge hit. The location of the home is convenient for grocery shopping and enjoying all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Overall, .Bluff Mountain Splash was such a comforting and relaxing vacation for us all. We are usually luxury beach vacation people, but we are certainly considering ourselves luxury mountain vacation people now, as well. We can't wait to book again!

This property is a very beautiful property with amazing Mountain View. The beauty and serenity of the mountain is the closest we ever felt physically being close to heaven as we worshipped Jesus Christ. It is just breathtaking and all the amenities are in there (wonderful theater, amazing game rooms, spa which was very well heated in November, all the rooms seem like master bedrooms, fabulous kitchen and dining room, list goes on. The house is so amazing that with the 6 days we are there we only found ourselves going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg 1 day and decided to stay at the house for the rest of the days. Location is so awesome, so close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for those looking for activities to do. To top it all, property management company is so awesome responding to our needs quickly. We already miss this property and looking forward to being able to stay here again soon!!!!

This property is a very beautiful property with amazing Mountain View. The beauty and serenity of the mountain is the closest we ever felt physically being close to heaven as we worshipped Jesus Christ. It is just breathtaking and all the amenities are in there (wonderful theater, amazing game rooms, spa which was very well heated in November, all the rooms seem like master bedrooms, fabulous kitchen and dining room, list goes on. The house is so amazing that with the 6 days we are there we only found ourselves going to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg 1 day and decided to stay at the house for the rest of the days. Bluff Mountain Splash was by far the best cabin we have ever stayed in. We come to the Smoky Mountains a few times a year but this time it was for a special occasion. My boyfriends 40th, and no one was disappointed. The view was amazing. The cabin actually was exactly how it looked in pictures. Everyone loved the hot tub and swim spa, my boyfriend loved the grilling set up on the lower patio. It rained the second day we were there but we all hung out inside and there was so much to do! From the game room being so big and all the TV's were perfect for all the football fans in our group. to the theater room, the patio off of the kitchen and the cozy couch in the living room, Best stay ever, the owner was very responsive and any questions I had he immediately gave me an answer.

Mountain Vibe Vacations staff

The property was very nice. The property manager was so awesome and very responsive. The only thing I had a issue with was the cleaning company they used. The cleaning company did not do a good job. They did send the cleaning company out again right away, but they still need to hire a new cleaning company for this property.
