Bella Riva 203 was a fabulous condo with more than enough space for our group of 10 people. The balcony is very large with great view of the ocean. We seen dolphins every day. The heated pool was also a bonus even though the weather was sunny and mid-80's every day. Another bonus was how quiet it was at night. The location is great. You are close to many restaurants within a mile or less. Would highly recommend this condo.

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. It's hard to find a condo for 8 adults so that is just 1 of the reasons this is our favorite...no bunk beds.You can tell the owners take great pride un this condo. It is decorated beautifully, has a well stocked kitchen complete with a wine fridge & separate ice maker. The balcony is spacious and has the higher chairs which makes it easy to dolphin watch! As soon as you enter you are met with a clean, fresh condo which puts your mind at ease. Coastal Vibe is very accommodating with any questions that we had. We are already looking forward to 2025!

The place was great. A little pricy but well worth it. It was clean, lots of room, nice property, heated pool and we as specially loved the pellet ice maker in the kitchen and the gas grill on the balcony. We have already talked about renting it again soon. Thanks David

Had a great time on vacation. 203 was very spacious and very clean. We could tell the owner takes very good care of this condo. NOT even a small complaint about Bella riva. Each morning when we went to the beach the umbrella and chairs were set up waiting for us to start the day. We are anticipating another trip to Bella riva next year. Thank you!!!!!

Bella Riva 203 was stunning!! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and featured Viking & Subzero appliances. There was even a pellet ice maker!! The balcony is very large with lots of seating & amazing beachfront views . There's also a gas grill on the balcony!! There are only 45 condos at Bella Riva so the beach was not overcrowded like others. This unit has it all!! As always, Coastal Vibe was wonderful to work with!!

We've stayed at other units at Bella Riva already. This was by far the best one. It was really clean. We were greeted shortly after we arrived. There was a slight issue with the ac unit and it was promptly attended to. The unit was completed stocked with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and it has all the amenities that were listed (I've stayed at some that didn't have everything listed) I would definitely stay here again.

Bella Riva 203 is very spacious and well taken care of. The management detailed out all of the information and was very helpful! We have staid in many condos along the Gulf Coast through the years and this is the best yet! Not once did our family feel like we were on top of each other and everyone had a room to themselves. The appliances are top notch. The ice machine was a nice surprise. The poly patio furniture was the best we've seen. Also, it was awesome having a grill piped into the gas line on the patio instead of sharing a community grill. Would highly recommend this condo!!

It's hard to find a unit that is suited for 8 adults..no bunk beds..so that is just 1 of the many reasons we love this unit. You are met with a clean, fresh aroma when you enter this spacious condo. All the bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The master suite & bath you have to see to believe. The owners have paid attention to every detail to a well stocked kitchen to the furniture on the balcony which we used while dining or just dolphin watching! We also appreciated how quiet Bella Riva is..you don't hear noise from other units. Coastal Vibe Vacations answered all questions we had and were great to work with! We def will be renting this unit again as it has become our favorite! See ya in 2024! 🏖
