The home was nice and spacious. It was secluded, which was nice except for when we needed to make a store run in the middle of the night. We just made sure to do that before the sun set. The amenities were exactly as advertised and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful when things out of their control occurred. I would definitely bring my family back again and recommend it to my friends. What a great experience!

We had an amazing time with our family for Christmas, the home was laid out nicely, stocked with items for preparing family meals, everyone had enough space to spread out, guys liked the basketball/pickleball court when it wasn't raining, the indoor heated pool was the biggest hit with the kiddos, adult loved the hot tub! We didn't want to leave the property. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you for taking care of our family.

We had a great Thanksgiving vacation with 16 of us staying here comfortably! So many beds and bathrooms to accommodate us. 5 kids under 13.. the indoor pool, ping pong table, pickle ball/ basketball court were huge hits to let the kids and adults play! We loved that it was secluded but close enough to town to enjoy places to eat and Walmart 😊 The hosts were quick to respond and so helpful! Loved this place!!

We took our four children and their families for three nights and it was wonderful! The home was beautiful and all the amenities were appreciated and used! The pool and the hot tub were clean and there was plenty for the children to do while the adults relaxed and hung out. The landscape is gorgeous and very well maintained. It was a perfect backdrop for family pictures! The houses around all seemed to have occupants, but it was still quiet and we were able to enjoy being outside without any disturbance. The driveway was adequate enough for us all to park comfortably, which is important with so many people.

Outstanding experience at Amazing Grace! My family (children/souses & 7 grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our week at the amazing property just north of Ellijay. We spent a lot of time at the house playing games, cooking meals together, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing basketball and pickleball, warming ourselves around one of the 4 fireplaces, studying through Psalm 139 and just thanking God for his many blessings. We hope to return to this area as there is so much to do. The whole family enjoyed Hillcrest Orchards, Cress Creek Sheep Farm, Ellijay Mushrooms, and eating in Ellijay (Butcher & Bottle, Cantaberry & Ellijay Wood Fired Pizza). The property managers were super responsive and did their best to make our stay the best possible. No complaints whatsoever and would gladly return again!!

We really loved Amazing Grace! We went with another family and it was perfect for sharing a home all together. The community is beautiful with cool modern rustic homes. We loved walking daily in The neighborhood. It is a bit remote and we couldn’t find any pizza delivery options but Ellijay and Blue Ridge were awesome little mountain towns to visit with lots of food options. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table and our families had an all day pickle ball tournament which was a blast. The only negative was the locked temperature controls. Everyone had trouble sleeping due to the heat. It must have been on an eco system at night because the daytime was fine but the night was uncomfortable. We messaged and they sent out a handyman but he would not unlock the temp control. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay and made great memories!

We had prob w oven and someone came & fixed it. The walls need some painting touch up from renters. Ping pong paddles need replacing. Pool & pickleball court were in constant use. They were such a blessing. I'll definitely rent again. This is my third year at Watersong Thank you.

Amazing Grace was amazing. It was the perfect setting for ten pickleball addicts to get together, play pickleball, and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We loved the home……it accommodated all of our needs and was a great place to interact both inside and outdoors. We took advantage of the fire pit, hot tub, and indoor pool. We loved the shaded pickleball court as well. Coastal Vibes was very responsive to our needs. Overall, it was a great vacation and we would definitely do it again.

Amazing Grace was amazing. It was the perfect setting for ten pickleball addicts to get together, play pickleball, and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our Extended family of 16 ages 1 to 74 thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay over Mother's day weekend. We brought all of our food with us and didn't have to make the 15 minute drive into downtown Ellijay for anything. There was plenty of shopping (Walmart and Grocery stores) about 20-25 minutes south of the house. At least half the group used the pool many times during the stay. Pickleball and ping pong also brought the generations together.

This is a beautiful home! We had plenty of room for 11 adults - large bedrooms & baths! A large kitchen & a ton of amenities - indoor pool, ping pong table, upper deck with a gas fireplace & grill, outdoor fire pit & of course the pickleball court. We had some rain, but had plenty to do inside. Wonderful weather one day for all day pickleball games. It's a short drive to town for groceries, shopping or eating. This house was perfect for three families over Spring Break. Plenty of room for all of us. Each couple had their own bedroom, and we had separate bedrooms for the boys and girls. The kids spent all their time playing outside and in the pool. We had the master bedroom, and it had its own thermostat. That was perfect for us because we were the only couple that liked to keep our space warmer than the others. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was handy. The view out the back was gorgeous! Highly recommend this home for any large family or friends trip. It is great for kids but could also be perfect for couples.

The bedrooms were spacious and well thought out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for meal prep. The extra fridge in the downstairs "kitchenette" came in hand for drink storage! We used the grill for several meals. The laundry room was a huge bonus [especially with a bunch of little kids in our group]. There was so much to do we did not really need to leave. The pool was a big hit, as was the hot tub. Our crew played basketball & pickle ball *until the snow storm rolled in* then we built snowmen and had a snowball fight [lol]! We did have one fire in the fire pit to make the obligatory vacation s'mores. There were many ping pong battles & always a football game being watched somewhere [Go Lions!!] The view was phenomenal, especially at sunset. We had an amazing get away!!

Very great stay! The house was GORGEOUS. The view was spectacular. The amenities were very nice. We had two issues. One, the previous guests lefts 4 trash bags on the front porch. Two, the pilot lights of 2 of the gas powered fireplaces were out so we couldn’t start the fire until someone came out. Would still recommend this stay to anyone and everyone. The house was beautiful and well kept. The host was SUPER responsive and always fixed whatever issue we had. Beyond happy with our stay.

I don't know where to start. Coffee on the balconies in the morning, and sipping on a cocktail by the fire pit at night. Great kitchen that hosted a crowd with plenty of aeating. This is one of the cleanest, spacious, and most entertaining places we have stayed at. Ping pong, indoor pool, hiking the trails and the best of all, the pickle ball court, something for all ages. The hosts were very helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Book it now, you won't regret it.

The house was great. There were many things to do around the property, including hiking trails. We saw bears and deer on our evening walks. The pool was great for the kids, although the chlorine left burn marks on the kids’ eyes, and drastically faded their swimwear. After the pool guy came on Tuesday it seemed to be better. We had a few things we had to call management about such as the internet and the bed linens. They were quick to respond and fix the issues at hand. I will say my daughter’s bunk had hair, leaves, and dirt at the foot of her bed, inside the sheets. It makes me wonder if they forgot to change those linens. But all-in-all the place was clean and met expectations. One thing that really was a nuisance was the comfort of the bed we were in. The mattress couldn’t be less than 10 years old. We literally were sunken in on each side of the bed due to a huge lump in the middle. There is no way that mattress came new with the property. Paying as much as we did for the house, I would think the beds would be top notch. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous and there was plenty of room for all 16 of us.

We can assure you that all mattress were bought new when this house was completed about 1 year ago. We have not had any other reports of issues with the mattress but we will definitely send a team member in to assess it. I booked this trip as a Graduation Surprise for my son who just graduated high school. This place has it all!! They have all the plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans and other necessities needed to cook for your family. They have a washing machine and dryer that's in excellent condition. It was very clean and a well maintained cabin. The Hot Tub was relaxing for the adults of our group. The kids thoroughly enjoyed swimming for hours in the heated indoor pool. The balcony with the tv gives an amazing view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting on each balcony relaxing taking in the scenery. The kids enjoyed playing Basketball, Pickleball and Ping Pong. Our last night we enjoyed roasting marshmallows by the fire pit to make S'mores. I think the highlight of the trip was being there on a Tuesday and having our Taco Tuesday there was epic!! Every room has a bathroom either in it or close to it. The kids enjoyed having a cooler downstairs for their drinks!!! We will definitely be booking again!!! The only recommendation I would give is having some solar powered lights outside on the property because at night it's pitch black and hard to see where to turn in the drive way if you plan on running an errand and coming back.

The house was beautiful and maintained well. My family plays Pickeball so the court was the cherry on top! The pool for the supervised grandkids and hot tub for adults were awesome. The kitchen was well supplied. Unfortunately, the fridge ice maker wasn’t working properly, but Rodney to the rescue brought us bags of ice and kept us stocked. We put the ice in the ice maker and dispensed it as needed. Ronica brought a baby gate for the stairs to keep our 1 year old grandson safe. The mountains are fabulous.

The home was incredible and had plenty of space for all the adults and kids, pickle ball basketball court and pool were great things to have to keep everyone occupied.
Only thing some of us noticed was some areas were dusty, (Ceiling fans) and bathrooms had some hair from previous family.
Overall excellent time and beautiful home, location. We would all return again!

Perfect place for our large family get -together. Lots to do just at the house. Pool was a hit for the little ones and the pickleball court was used continuously by the adults! Had a nice fire each eve in the firepit and watched the sunset from the hot tub. Almost forgot the ping pong table with lots of paddles and balls. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of towels. Everything was perfect for our family group!!

Beautiful spacious property. Everything the property portrays to have it does. Very clean, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook. We had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.

Gorgeous house. It was everything we needed for our 5 day stay - accommodating 16 people. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all day and night most days. David was responsive and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the cabin. It was very cozy and comfortable and just as advertised in the pictures. Loved the decor and the place was very clean. We had a great stay. The only thing we noted was that there were no screens on the doors and windows so we were nervous about letting animals and bugs in. Highly recommend this cabin for your family and friends.

Great home and stay. The home is beautiful, modern and up to date. It was big enough for our group of 10 with 4 small children. The area was easy to find and the home had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. My family would recommend and plan to return!

Loved the place. Was great for a family vacation. Two suggestions: Need a coffee grinder (which we bought and left) and coffee filters ( which we bought and left). And, need to have water for guests in refrigerator.

The cabin was absolutely GORGEOUS and fit our family perfectly! While the grandsons loved the indoor pool (and the big "kids" too), it was the pickleball/basketball court that was a major hit! Brilliant idea to not only have an indoor pool, but a pickleball/basketball court! Great location close to downtown Ellijay, beautiful view of the mountains and peaceful setting and vibe! Our family will definitely return to Amazing Grace! Thank you, David, for hosting us on a much needed family getaway! We were so blessed to spend three nights at Amazing Grace at Watersong in Ellijay, Ga. This five bedroom home is absolutely beautiful and yet so comfortable at the same time. The views of the mountains are gorgeous! I could sit on one of the two decks for hours enjoying the view. There is just a peace about this home. There are so many fun things to do at Amazing Grace, you don't even need to go searching for fun. The Pickleball court is fabulous. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful. There is a basketball goal and ping pong and other fun games available. We look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the 3 fireplaces and the fire pit outside! When I got home from our short vacation at Amazing Grace, I felt so relaxed and rested. Thank you Amazing Grace for such an amazing vacation.

Rented prop as a quick getaway b4r schools resume. Prop boasted a plethora of amenities families with kids, including a pickleball court, & an indoor pool. With kids of different ages, this was destined to be a hit! Rooms are well decorated & have good amenities. The cabin is stocked with PB equipment, ping-pong paddles & balls, & pool toys! Kitchen was well-stocked & equipped with top-notch appliances & utensils that exceeded our culinary need. Indoor pool was an absolute delight, providing hours of fun & relaxation for the kids. The PB court added a balance to leisure with a bit of sporty fun. The prop also has an EV charging facility! Having lights on the PB court would have helped us use the courts longer. Bear-proof garbage bins were not enough for a group of 16. Had to leave a few bags in the kitchen. 5-STAR, cabin exceeded expectations, from the indoor swimming pool to PB court, combined with beautifully adorned rooms & a fully-equipped kitchen, created a memorable experience.
